Story
We got our Siberian Mia as a kitten from an unregistered breeder in Carbon AB, she will be 6 yrs old in June. She is a loving, cuddly, quirky indoor cat who loves to chase her kibbles down the hall, chill under a Xmas tree, and try to make our dog engage in play. She is healthy, spayed, chipped and super soft. In the summer we would put her on a harness and tether so she could hunt bugs in the yard. Unfortunately she has been unable to adapt to a new baby in the home and has become fear/reaction aggressive to my husband resulting in attacks. Despite every effort to reduce her anxiety (training, vet checks, cat hides, pheromone therapy, medication etc.) our house is not big enough to make her feel safe and relaxed with an infant. We truly believe she just needs a fresh start in a spacious, child free home to be the best cat companion she can be. Mia lets us brush her teeth. She doesn't climb the Xmas tree, enjoys sitting in a window and goes bonkers for a bit of tuna.
