Meet Mocha, a stunning 4-year-old Snowshoe kitty! She’s once again on the hunt for a forever home. She had a traumatic experience with an animal before she was rescued, so she's a little nervous around other animals and new people. But don't worry, she's still very sweet! Mocha would love a quiet, peaceful home where she's the only pet and no small children are around. Her first adopter did not heed that advice and got a dog; Mocha did not appreciate or adjust to that, so back she came. She needs someone patient who can help her feel safe and loved while she settles into a new environment. Got a sweet tooth? Get ready to have a candy crush or two: Meet lil Dove - he and his siblings were dumped at our store along with a story of a kitten left behind.  When we went to Candy Land to catch the missing link, Jolly Rancher, we found a HUGE colony and it came quite the project! 19 TNR'd cats and 8 kittens later... The little kiddos are all WONDERFUL babies who welcome love and play time ... though they haven't had a lot of room to run and explore, given that they caught us totally unprepared for this sugar rush. Dove is TINY next to his siblings... clearly the runt of the litter, he's probably gonna be a very small boy.  This gentle and quiet kid LOVES to perch on your shoulder and cuddle and is often found curled up with a sibling away from the wrestling matches (but occasionally he does love to join in).  He could definitely do with some real tender love and care ...  he's just a delicate bit of purrfection.  July 1, 2024, 1:20 am

Meet, Beatrice, a stunning, long-haired, grey and white Snow Shoe with soulful green eyes. We're pretty sure she's an old soul. Although she's very-much an active kitten, Beatrice does tend to be more independent than her four siblings. . She'll pair purrfectly with any of her family members: Honda, Nuve, Red... or another young/youngish, friendly, playful feline. She'd also pair well with her beautiful Mama, Molly, also a long-haired Snow Shoe who's only around a year old. We don't know how she'd be around dogs but suspect she'd adapt quickly with proper introductions. El Chavito is a striking siamese mix who enjoys spending time with you, his friends, or off doing his own thing! Mealtime is the most exciting part of his day and the easiest way you can become friends with him. This young man gets along well with other cats and enjoys playtime. He’s had a little bit of a nibbley history that seems to have resolved with having a proper buddy around to romp around with and wrestle. He can be a little eager during mealtime (we mentioned it was his favorite!) which just means he and his future BFF will have to figure out a good routine surrounding feeding times. His foster’s favorite thing about him is that he’s an overall fun and funny cat. From the faces he makes to his sleeping positions… he’s a lovely boy who loves to snuggle in the mornings and at night will even join you for a nap during the day! T-Rex is a distinguished Snowshoe gentleman with mesmerizing blue eyes and a heart as big as his purrs that you'll definitely want to meet. A senior guy, T-Rex is a seasoned snuggle pro who appreciates the finer things in life: warm laps, gentle cuddles, and the company of other feline friends. He does need an experienced cat owner since he does have kidney disease that requires regular fluids and medication. Despite his past, including being found after 3 weeks away from his previous home covered in tar, T-Rex remains an incredibly resilient and affectionate soul. His little snaggle tooth adds character to his friendly demeanor, and his patience knows no bounds, making him an ideal companion for both humans and cats alike. T-Rex may be set in his ways, but that includes a capacity for love and companionship that knows no limits. Could you be the forever home that completes this well-rounded, gentle-hearted cat's quest? He has tested positive for FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus). FIV is not a big deal; given proper care and attention, an FIV+ cat will live the same lifespan as an FIV negative cat.
