This will abate over time. Needs Attention and Reassurance to Gain Confidence Not Suitable to be Left Alone for Long Periods Sweet and Loving Aspen is a bright and energetic Poodle who loves to be around people. She enjoys her walks and is well-behaved on a leash. Aspen needs a home where she can get plenty of attention and reassurance to build her confidence. Due to her separation anxiety, she is best suited for a household where she won’t be left alone for long periods. Because she is a Poodle, she will need to be groomed. The foster family took her to the groomers as you can see in her before and after pictures. Aspen is a sweet and affectionate girl who is ready to find her forever home! All dogs are vaccinated, microchipped and spayed or neutered (if they are old enough) before they leave the shelter.     Please fill out an application if you are interested in this dog or call us today for more information.  Because Aspen is in a foster home, please call ahead to schedule a time for a Meet & Greet so we can ensure Aspen and a dog handler is available to show you the dog or dogs you are interested in.     Pet Adoption League  1526 N. Story
Meet Batman, a dog whose personality is as captivating as his namesake. He`s an adult canine with a heart full of affection. Batman is friendly, always eager to greet everyone with a wagging tail and a friendly bark. His sweetness is undeniable, and he can turn any frown upside down with his playful antics. He`s a wonderful companion who`s full of love to give. If you`re looking for a loyal friend who will always be by your side, Batman is the dog for you. His charming personality and loving nature make him the perfect addition to any family.Batman will need an indoor home and a secure containment area to stay safe from wandering and escaping. Positive reinforcement, fear-free training will be needed. Daily exercise and mental enrichment will be very important. If you have other dogs in your home, we would be happy to arrange a meet and greet with your dog(s) to make sure everyone gets along. We don’t know how he will do with cats.Batman is up to date on vaccines, microchipped, neutered, and ready to go home today!

Story
Hi everyone, this is Sandy! Sandy is a playful and energetic 10-month-old pup who loves attention and belly scratches. I’ve had her since she was four months old, but due to changing family dynamics, longer work hours, and being diagnosed with raynauds syndrome I can no longer give her the time and care she deserves. She is some type of poodle mix, though Im not exactly sure what her specific mix is. She would thrive in a home with a fenced yard where she can run and play. She is up-to-date on all her vaccinations but has not been spayed yet (you may want to confirm if she’s old enough for the procedure). Sandy is a loving and sweet companion, and I want to ensure she finds a home where she will get the love and attention she needs. If you or someone you know might be interested in giving her a forever home, please reach out! I am open to traveling if need be.

Story
Hi, I’m Harley Pooh! I’m a fluffy little lovebug who’s all about people and affection. I previously lived with kids and would happily join a family home, but I’m just as content being the best companion for a singleton or older adult. I adore rolling into your lap for belly rubs and will follow you anywhere — whether it’s on a walk, an adventure, or just a cozy evening on the couch. My cute, fluffy poodle head and joyful personality are guaranteed to win your heart. If you’re looking for a happy, snuggly pup to share life’s moments with, I’m ready to be your new best friend! Let’s start our snuggle journey today! Application: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/67809c63540451a4b20e14c6 Questions? Email jodi@threelittlepittiesrescue.org Available for adoption in NV, MT, CO,UT, ID, OR, WA, Canada, and now the East Coast! Our PNW dogs are brought to you in style by a beautiful USDA licensed semi-truck, equipped with air conditioning for comfort, two drivers, and 2 onboard attendants providing 24 hour care. Our East Coast route will travel in a private, air conditioned 3LP-run van transport. Pick up day is unforgettable! You will get to follow along on their journey through a private FB Event page, where you will see photos, have the opportunity to connect with other adopters, and receive updates and constant communication along the way. One of our Adoption Coordinators can help to find the closest transport pick up location to you! The adoption fee is $1,600.00 and includes all vetting as recommended by our doctor: DAPP (2 to 4 depending on age and time in the program), Bordetella, Rabies vaccine (if old enough), multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, 2 months of heartworm preventative, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4 months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship! *WE ARE TOLD THAT WE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND MEDICALLY. This is the feedback we tend to get, although we cannot guarantee perfect health. *To fully vet a dog in the PNW or the NE at many vets it would be upwards of $1,800 just to fix, vaccinate, chip, etc. The adoption fees charged by our rescue do not cover our expenses medically for each animal, but we offset costs with donations. Your adoption fee is considered a donation towards actual costs. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.) • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 6 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $74 surcharge for transport.
