Story
We are sad to share that we need to find a new home for our beloved dog, Lilly. She is a 6-year-old spayed Standard Poodle who has been with us since she was a puppy. With our new baby, we can’t give her the love and attention she deserves. Lilly weighs a bit over 40 pounds and has a beautiful lilac coat that gets her many compliments. She is friendly and playful with people of all ages and loves being around other dogs. However, she doesn’t get along with cats, as her playful nature can be a bit much for them. Lilly is an indoor dog who enjoys daily walks and being part of family activities. She is very affectionate with kids right away. One thing to note is that Lilly barks loudly when the doorbell rings or when someone comes in, which has become a little difficult since the baby arrived. We want to make sure she goes to a loving family that understands her needs. Whether she will be the only pet or have one companion dog of similar size and energy, we hope to find the right fit.

Story
I adopted this sweet stray girl November 2024. She loves to snuggle and play. She is very food/treat motivated when it comes to training. She does well when needing to go in her crate. Unfortunately, she loves chasing our cat and young child too much. She would do best in a home with no cats or small children. She may be good with older children, but gets a little too excited/jumpy around small children. She has a big dog bed that she loves, her kennel, toys/treats and an unopened bag of her dog food that would be included for her new home.
