Story
Brandon is a handsome 5 month old bundle of love with a stunning brindle coat that he must have inherited from his dad! His mom was a unique mix of half Standard Poodle and half Airedale, so Brandon is destined to grow into a big, lovable boy that could weigh 60 pounds. With his lovingly sweet personality, Brandon is the total puppy package! His foster mom has been working hard on his crate training and potty training, and he’s already mastered “sit.” He’s great with kids, cats, and other dogs, making him a perfect fit for just about any type of family.  Brandon would love an active family that could provide him a fenced yard where Brandon can safely play. He would also embrace having  another canine companion in the family or active children or family members that will take him for good walks, jogs and a life filled with fun adventures. Brandon would be a great social butterfly out in the community and neighborhood. If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate pup with a heart of gold (and a golden coat to match!), Brandon might just be your perfect match!   Please write to critter cavalry rescue, at ccrnewengland@gmail.com if you are interested!  Let us know where you live as well.  PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.March 13, 2025, 8:04 pm

Story
Murray is a very smart, affectionate, obedient dog. He is ideally best as an “only dog.” We have 6 dogs total. We have to keep him separated from one dog all the time, and occasionally he will go after any of the other dogs without any outward indication. Generally he is good with the female dogs we have, but randomly he will go after one or another. This is the reason we need to rehome him. He really is a good dog (but very bad about counter surfing), but he really should be with fewer dogs. I think he just gets jealous of the attention we give to our other dogs. He is up to date, neutered, and decently trained. Crate trained, and really likes his crate. He is free to a good home.

Story
We have a transport where we will be personally taking our dogs on to their new adopting families leaving April 4th 2025 from Southern California where we are located to the East Coast. Surrounding states will be added to our route as needed ☺️ We would love to add Ella to our trip for the right home 💕 As always, for peace of mind for our adopting families we never ask for ANYTHING up front. Adoption fee/travel costs are always due when we arrive in person with Ella ❤️ Meet Ella! She is a purebred moyan size standard poodle. She is red in color and gorgeous!! She turned 1 year of age on 3/1/25. She weighs 28.4 lbs. Yes, she is fully grown and at a very healthy weight. She is naturally smaller framed and petite ❤️ She is spayed, microchipped, current on all of her one year vaccines, had a dental cleaning done, along with an exam with our vet who has officially cleared her to find a home all her own 😊 She is a VERY sweet, and affectionate angel of a poodle!! She LOVES everyone she meets, and BELIEVES in her heart that people were placed in her path to return the love with sweet hellos and hugs if allowed 🙃 She is very gentle about it and always puts one paw up asking if it's okay that her second one follows so that she can tell you hello properly with a hug that will be sure to brighten anyone's day looking for a little joy 💕 She is VERY smart, and observant of all that is happening around her. She focuses in as if she understands every conversation happening around her 🙃 She is definitely one of the girls, and wants to be part of the latest scoop 😂 She is not a barker, but will alert you of unfamiliar noises. She does listen very well, so a quick correction gets her attention back on you. She is wonderful in the home, and has amazing house manners. She is not destructive at all, and just enjoys hanging around. She is either laying near by if not right at your feet, playing with another pup, or napping til it's time to do something fun with her person! She is NOT high energy, but sure does love to play! She is not hard to please, and is happy doing just about anything with her human!!! She LOVES road trips of any length, and is happy to venture out of the home especially if it leads to her favorite groomer!! She loves a good spa day!!! I'll often feel her head resting on my shoulder during longer trips (she loves touch!) She truly is a special girl, and a friend you want to have in your life as your best friend 💕 She is AMAZING with other dogs and cats alike. She would make a great companion to another sweet playful soul, but if it's just her and her human/family she would be okay with that too!!! She knows she is a princess (I tell her it all the time!!) so taking on that role won't be hard one bit for her ☺️ She is crate trained, and sleeps in her crate at night peacefully. She would do very well on a dog bed aside yours, or even in bed if that's where you wanted her and had the extra space! I would just make sure that's where you want her because I'm not sure you'll be able to get her back into a crate at night once she knows the comfort of your bed 😉 She is house trained, and does very well going outside every couple of hours when asked to. We have a very good schedule down for her so she never has to ask to be let out, so I would recommend the same in her next home so she continues knowing you'll just be there to make sure her needs are met, remember she is the princess after all 😉 Leash training is a work in progress as that's the one thing she wasn't introduced to in her prior home. If you talk to her and take your time while walking she does follow you, but it will be something that needs to be continued in her next home. Again! She is super smart so it won't be hard taking over and showing her the beauty of the world and why she must be a part of it!!! Her owner fell on VERY hard times financially and lost her home from under her. She took both of her poodles to stay with a friend but she lived in an apartment herself and had her own pets so their time was limited from the beginning as it wasn't meant to be a permanent situation for them. With no end in sight of her financial troubles, she couldn't take them back in the end so they reached out to us to take them in and find a wonderful home. Her adoption fee is on our website at the bottom of her adoption listing at https://www.breadoflifek9refuge.org/post/_ella It covers her spay. She also had a dental cleaning done that needed additional anesthesia time, along with antibiotics that were administered to aid in the healing of both her spay and dental. She also received her yearly vaccines, was microchipped, had a thourel exam with our vet which included an ear exam (both of which were in great health!) and has officially been cleared by our vet to find a home all her own, As always her adoption fee also goes back into the months of care she has received since with us here, along with her grooming costs, and training we have personally done with her.

Story
Sadie is a six year old Boodle. She is poodle and bulldog mix from Zimmer Pet shop in Boyertown, PA. She is about 75 pounds and medium to large dog. Sadie is very friendly and social with all dogs. She does chase after cats, so a home without cats would be best. I am looking for a new home for Sadie as I just don't have the time she deserves with current situations and this a very hard decision to rehome her and was not made lightly. A good home for Sadie would preferably be a male or male and female as I think she prefers the male bonding.

Story
hi Celine, this fancy lady is a 3 year old standard poodle. She and another poodle were surrendered to our care from a Lancaster breeding farm when they were no longer wanted. She is 47 lbs. We love Celine. She can be a bit timid but she finds a lot of comfort from her volunteers. She does well on the leash and allows all handling. She wasn't as interested in the outdoors and preferred to stay close to us and ask for pets. She is a sweet and friendly lady that will make someone very happy. She would need to meet any resident dogs. She will come spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and 4dx tested. If you are serious about adoption, please fill out an adoption application on our website www.phoenixanimalrescue.com His adoption fee is $450.
