Meet ❤️ SHIADANNI❤️. This adorable senior poodle comes to us from a sad situation. A person went to buy roosters off Facebook marketplace, and found her and a chihuahua (BonBon) living in the chicken coops. Poor babies! Thankfully the owners let them go, and they are now with our rescue. Shiadanni is a gorgeous 10 year old, 10lb Poodle. This girl is SO sweet and isn’t she just the cutest? Shiadanni resides with other dogs and does well with them. Shiadanni loves meeting new people and is sure to win over your heart with her happy go lucky personality!She prances, she dances, she plays with other dogs, and she loves attention. Understandably, she's working on potty training, and she absolutely HATES being contained or crated. She will bark in a panic until she is out free roaming again, so potential adopters need to be aware of that. Otherwise, this glam gal is looking for a forever home! Giselle is a darling senior miniature Poodle searching for the perfect home. This little girl was set to be euthanized after being diagnosed with diabetes, a totally manageable disease that just requires patience and understanding. Giselle receives an insulin injection twice a day and is a total champ - she doesn't even notice the tiny needle! Giselle is blind but that doesn't slow her down from mingling with other dogs and cats - she is a total sweetheart and would do best with other chill dogs in the home. Giselle is located in College Station but available for nationwide transport! Introducing Humphrey - the come back kid! This guy has been through a lot - he was seized on a cruelty charge and turned over to our rescue group. He came to us severely matted with major wounds on his body especially his neck. But he has had surgery and the outward scars have healed and he is a handsome guy now. Life was hard on him mentally too and he was diagnosed with doggie dementia and acted a bit "lost in space" when we first got him. However, he has made great strides in his foster home to the point where it is not noticeable (though something that may resurface as he ages). Now that he has a routine and is feeling secure, his personality is starting to shine. And he even has found some things that make him wag his tail! He is a little wobbly on his feet but even that has improved and gets around very well both in the house and in his foster Mom's yard which he enjoys exploring. He can't go for a long walk, but perhaps a short one or a longer one in a dog stroller would be enjoyable. He is so sweet and appreciates when someone shows him kindness and gentleness. He likes to be brushed! He is a mellow guy that just wants an easy going retirement home. He enjoys being petted and can be easily picked up - he really isn't into being cuddled yet but he does like to be near people. And he accepts belly rubs! He slept a lot when he was first rescued and still does, but he is also starting to like being part of household activities more and more. His favorite activity is still nap time though!!Humphrey needs a calm, peaceful home without young children due to his health. He likely won't alert you that he needs to go potty, but if you take him outside, he will usually go. He is also currently being trained on a puppy pad and may have accidents. He is good with cats - just ignores them. He is also very good with other calm dogs - he ignores them too. It might not be a good match to have him with active ones that want to play rough, but in general, company is probably good for him. In fact, he just got a foster sister, Poppy, who he adores so if you are wanting a pair, they would enjoy going to a home together! He loves eating and getting special treats! Lately, he has had fun finding his treats in a snuffle mat!Humphrey is senior (10+ years) and weighs 14 pounds. So can you be a hero to Humphrey? Pua is a sweetie and is very friendly. Pua is approx 3-4 years old, 38lbs. He is extremely shy and takes some time to warm up to people, but given time, he's fine. Pua will need another dog in the home he would do best with female a dog his size or smaller. He does well with children, but doesn't engage much with them. Pua does well walking on a leash and doesn't pull, but does really like to smell all the wonderful outside smells. He's not much of a cuddler, but he loves pets (you can tell by his overly excited waggin tail and body). He's not very treat/food motivated, but he eats well. Unknown how Pua would be with cats, as he's not been exposed to them in his foster home. He's still working on potty training but he's done really well with going potty outside. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, had a dental, fecal and Heartworm negative. Adoption fee is: $600.00 ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. Taylor and Travis are a bonded pair and will need to be adopted together, we believe a Golden Doodle / Standard Poodle, that was found running the streets. She is so so sweet and just want love and to run and play. Her paw pads were worn off when found, so had been running the roads for a while. She is likely more a Standard Poodle, as she is much slimmer and built like a Poodle. She is about 3-4 years old. She is fully vetted, spayed/neutered, up to date on shots, hw negative, microchipped and just had dentals. She will need regular grooming to keep from getting matted, please be sure you can afford their upkeep! She is very playful with other dogs their size. NO small dogs or kids under 12 as she loves to jump and would knock over a small child. Needs a large yard or plenty of time walking or at the park, they are very sweet and love attention! Adoption fee is $350 each ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com.
