Story
Trixie is a 4-year-old mix of Schnauzer and Terrier who has reached her mature weight of 25-30 pounds! She wears a long coat of tan and cream that will need to be groomed every few months so she can look her finest! This sweet girl was surrendered by her owner who could no longer care for her. She does well with other dogs but not with cats! Trixie is a gentle girl who always wants to be cuddled and be by your side. She enjoys going for walks and lying in her plush bed. (ME, 12/30/24)**It is rare that we know with certainty the ages or mixes that make up our dogs, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible based upon our experience. ** Adoption fee: $395 covers quarantine, shots, worming, medical records, spaying/neutering, microchip, and an Alabama State Health Certificate. Transport, if needed, is $160. We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip. We make every effort to arrive with healthy and minimally stressed dogs. Adoption fees for Hope dogs and those who have been at rescue for prolonged amounts of time are reduced to $150 plus a $100 transport fee, as notated in their listings.January 1, 2025, 4:15 pm
