Like a true Standard Schnauzer, Peyton is smart, energetic, loyal, and affectionate—but he does like to play it cool with new people… for about a minute. Give him a slow, gentle approach (and maybe a tasty treat or two), and you’ll be upgraded to 'favorite human' status in no time! While Peyton hasn’t mastered any fancy tricks just yet, he’s highly trainable and eager to learn—especially if snacks are involved. The good news? He already walks nicely on a leash, making him a great companion for strolls around the neighborhood. She’s not ready for walks yet, but is learning to enjoy exploring the world at her own pace with the right encouragement. If another dog shows signs of discomfort, Ash also expresses unease. With familiar dog friends, she naturally approaches and greets them. She prefers spending time alone over playing actively with other dogs. • With Cats: Shows a strong interest in cats while walking. • Separation Anxiety: Whines when her guardian prepares to leave. When left alone for about five hours, she tends to scratch at doors and tries to get past safety gates. • House Training: Fully outdoor potty trained. She goes on walks 2-3 times a day for bathroom breaks. • Walking: Walks well without pulling! She may pull slightly when crossing streets but adjusts to her guardian’s pace. • Grooming: Stays calm during baths!
