With patience, understanding, and a little training, her current behaviors can be reshaped. I'm As she learns to enjoy the company of her fellow canines to the fullest extent, Gigi's playful side will shine through, making her an excellent companion for both humans and four-legged friends alike. But for now, we are recommending Gigi to go to a home as an only dog. Not only is Gigi unique and beautiful, but she is also incredibly smart and engaging. Her quick-witted nature and eagerness to learn make her an ideal candidate for ongoing training, where she can further showcase her intelligence and charm. With Gigi by your side, you'll never have a dull moment, as she delights in discovering new tricks and challenges that engage her inquisitive mind. Story
Nibbles is a loving boy who is full of energy, playfulness and curiosity!  He had a rough start to life, being kept in a crate for most of his first few months. Nibbles is a Standard Schnauzer mix who is 1 year old, weighs 46 pounds and is neutered, microchipped and current on his vaccinations. Before being rescued, he was hit by a car and lost his tail. After all he's been through, we are going to make sure this boy finds himself a wonderful forever home.   Nibbles is a sweet, loving boy who has a lot of typical puppy behavior. Because he can be too energetic & excitable, he needs a home where the kids are school age. Nibbles likes toys and plays well with other dogs. He can get over excited and play rough with other dogs but if the dog likes to play, then that's great. Wrestling is his favorite thing. If he gets too excited, you can calm him down by cupping his mouth in your hands and talking to him. He needs someone who continue his training but not someone who is harsh or loud.   Nibbles is very smart and knows his routine. You don’t have to tell him twice. He will lie in his crate with the door open. Such a fun outdoorsy guy. But he’s just as happy playing on the porch. Nibbles adoption fee is $415. If you'd like to make Nibbles part of your family, please apply to adopt this sweet boy at EHRdogs.org and be sure to ask for NIBBLES WILSON SCAS!!  August 19, 2024, 10:56 pm

Story
Basil is approx 3 yrs old and 43 lbs, he looks like a schnauzer/ terrier mix , and maybe some bassett as he is a low rider, but we have no idea of what breeds he has in his DNA He’s overall a good dog, but needs an experienced adopter, he is very timid and shy and takes a while to warm up to new people He gets along with the other rescues and loves to run and play in the yard with them but can be pushy to new dogs that come into his fosters home and will try to nip Until he knows them and we feel he will be better as an only dog or with one buddy his size or bigger and no children He can be hard to put a leash on as he is scared of a leash and could do with some training , he loves to sit in his fosters office while she is working and stays very quietly He will come when you call him and goes inside when told to He seems to be very well house trained and will need a fully fenced in and secure yard , he’s a sweet boy that just needs the right home and loving owner THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY IN FOSTER CARE IN HOUSTON, TEXAS,WE SHIP OUR DOGS WITH MIGHTY MUTTS SHIPPING TO THE NORTH EAST OUR RESCUE POLICY - It is our rescue policy for all our dogs that we require a home with experienced dog owners only.
