Story
Two matching Schnauzer/wire haired terrier mixes were found together wearing collars but no tags or microchips on 3/25/2024 in the 77045 zip-code area. One male and One female. Reported to local shelters and all social platforms but their owners were never found. They're a BONDED PAIR. Splitting them up is out of the question. They're small dogs; the male weighs 22.6 lbs and is 15" tall, the female is 25 lbs and is 16" tall. They're completely housebroken and go for short walks in the morning & evening (we don't have a yard.) We had them fixed, vaccinated and microchipped. They're young (about 2 years old?), healthy, and affectionate and ever since we found them my husband & I say to ourselves, "It's a such a shame these dogs are better behaved than our own!" Agreement- the dogs will not be split up and if Adopter should not want either dog during their lifetimes, the adopter is to return BOTH dogs so another suitable home may be found and not liable against claims of ownership.

Story
Pierce is a good looking boy straight from the streets of Houston. He is a wonderful, funny boy when he trusts you but trust is not something that comes easy for him. He has obviously been let down by humans his entire life. He is currently living with our trainer, who is helping him understand that humans can be good and trusted. Pierce is just about 2 years old, 60 pounds and maybe a schnauzer/husky mix. He needs an experienced handler who can continue to help him build h is confidence and trust in humans. Pierce is up to date on vaccines, neutered and microchipped. Pierce is currently heartworm positive but we will continue to cover treating him through the slow kill method. Story
Small dog. Good watch dog will keep you alerted to strangers. He does not bite, but he does bark occasionally. Average amount of shedding. Mostly house trained but in a new environment he will need time to adjust. He was abandoned in the neighborhood and ran to my house for help when he and a Chihuahua mix dog were chased by pack of dogs and coyotes. Both dogs need home but willing to split them up if necessary. Helping him find a permanent home. I have 2 large dogs of my own and not a good mix with these little ones. Paco is very athletic, he can jump high and fly through the air. He dances and does twirls. He is a good boy, has all his shots up to date, and is neutered.
