Story
Dill was rescued as a kitten and has been in the same foster home since birth. There for shy at first but warms up once safe. She enjoys soft blankets in a quiet setting! Would do well with 1 other cat no kids or dogs. Dill is a sweet gal who is shy to start with but will open up as soon S she finds her person.

Story
Puff was rescue from a very sick colony where cats were dying regularly. He was rescued with several of his siblings. It didn't take long to realize that Puff was different than the other cats brought in from the colony. Puff was suffering from pododermatitis, also known as "pillow foot," when we rescued him from the colony. His paw pads were severely swollen, and one had burst. He wasn't able to walk on his front foot and favored it often. Thankfully, after a few months, it seemed to come under control, and he has not had issues with it since. Unfortunately, it didn't take long to realize that Puff and his siblings, as well as the new kitten litters being born, all suffered from some kind of birth defect. They were severely inbred. Puff and all of his siblings are all missing their little front teeth, which causes his tongue to stick out constantly. It does NOT impair his eating however. Puff's main problem is that his immune system is weaker than the average cats. He's more likely to catch a cold, and it takes longer for him to get rid of it. Otherwise, he's a perfectly healthy and happy kitty. In the South, it's easy for cats like Puff to be overlooked, but he is AMAZING! He's best friends with all of our cats and dogs. He's patient and loving with kids, even toddlers. He's one of the most affectionate and loving cats that I've ever fostered. He deserves to have a happy forever home with someone who is willing to look past his minor flaws.

Story
Hello there, I'm Athen, your future feline confidant. My journey to this shelter? A tale of mischief and merriment. Once upon a time, I lived with a chap who fancied himself a magician. One day, he decided to make me disappear, but alas, he was no Houdini. Instead of vanishing, I ended up in the neighbor's pot roast! The poor chap was so embarrassed, he brought me here. No hard feelings though. I'm a loyal, independent, and playful sort. I'm sweet and gentle, with a dash of curiosity. Adopt me and I promise to make your life a comedy of errors, minus the pot roast, of course!
