Story
In the quiet hours of the late evening movement can be seen emerging from the light of the day. Moving as one the blend of tan, brown, and black flows together as they move silently across the floor. With the flow of their long hair, it’s hard to tell where one starts and the other one ends. This is how they greet the evening. Meet Triste and Chandler! Triste is the beautiful tortoise shell girl and Chandler is the handsome black boy. They are brother and sister around 10 months old and love to play with their toys and other playful cats too. Triste in particular loves to carry around the soft round toy balls and Chandler has a grand time doing kitten antics on the cat tree. Both have shy tendencies, but they are absolute sweethearts and love to be petted and loved on. Chandler loves to have his belly rubbed and Triste loves her cheeks gently scratched. And nighttime is when their playful nature comes to light as they chase, tumble, and play hide and go seek with each other. These two soft fluffballs would do best in a relatively settled quiet home with no young kids and a family that is willing to give them time to adjust to a new home. They don’t mind a nice well- mannered dog either. Being very bonded they will need to be adopted together. Once they are feeling very comfortable, they will need a safe outdoor area to feel the cushion of grass and explore what nature has to offer. They are in Palmer. Please call 907-980-8898. Thank you!

Story
Pickles came to our house several years ago as a stray. We eventually found the owner but she wanted us to keep him because he was so sweet to our children and she worked long hours. About a year ago we adopted another cat and moved to a neighborhood with a lot of strays and he cannot handle it and we’ve been struggling with marking issues at doorways/drier vents where other cats frequent. We are looking for a home preferably with children and hopefully more remote where there are less strays. The home cannot have other cats or dogs. We want someone to treasure him as much as our children have and want him to be happy.

Story
A beautiful grey tabby, Priscilla is a relaxed and friendly girl not quite a year old. She loves wet food, pets, playfully nibbling fingers and knuckles, as well as snuggling up at bedtime. She loves to meow whenever she wants something (which is a lot of the time) and sometimes she will steal your pillow as her napping place right when you’re trying to go to bed. She is still a little skinny from coming off the streets where she was being fed outside by someone whose apartment would not allow him to have cats. She gets along with other nice cats but will also need time to adjust to them until she knows they have no bad intention. She does fine with the boy in her foster home and may enjoy a cat friend who is welcoming and gentle in her new home. It is uncertain how she would fare with dogs but she may adapt fine with a mellow dog. After being on guard as a homeless young girl for so long, she needs a home where she can learn that it's ok to totally relax and play like a kitten. Ready for a loving family who will give her a happy, carefree life that she deserves. In Anchorage. Call 907 980-8898
