Story
We love Elvira so much and we’re heartbroken to lose her. Hoping for her to go to a home she’s loved as much as we love her. Only selling because my toddlers allergy test shows she’s allergic to cats. She would do great with someone older who can sit and snuggle with her. Shes very friendly but gets scared easy with kids and dogs running through our house and runs under bed to hide. Has never scratched them. Love to play with the chasing type toys. She has the coolest spots on her tummy. Fully litter box trained. Indoor cat. Too scared for outside when we’ve tried. She’s a sweetie.

Story
Tuffy is approx 8 yrs old. He was a stray when we got him from a private owner who had a litter of kittens. Tuffy is very sweet natured and gets along with all humans and pets. He has heart disease. He takes a blood thinner from the vet prescribed. You can buy it from cheery where I got it. He just needs a .5 ml in a small syringe daily. My husband and I cannot afford this new med long term. It’s aprox 60 dollars once a month. We struggle to give it to him. He needs a home where someone has the time and can financially help him. Please don’t judge. Thank you

Story
INTRODUCING VINNIE! This handsome little guy ended up in a trap when we were trying to catch some kittens. We don't know how he came to be out there, but since nobody in the neighborhood claimed him, we assume he was abandoned. He'd like nothing better than for all the bad times to be behind him when he finds his forever home! We think Vinnie is about 10-12 months old. He's been neutered, wormed, vaccinated and is a good boy with his litter box. He gets along well with other cats and would probably do best with a feline pal or two in his new home. Because of his difficult days living by his wits, he's a bit shy with new people and will need a little time and patience from his new family while he settles into his new home. Once he knows he can trust you, he's as sweet as he can be and loves snuggling and being petted. A home where he gets lots of time with his special people will make him very happy indeed. To meet our lovable Vinnie, please Fill out an adoption application on our website using this link: https://pawsitiveoutreach.org/adoption-appplication or call Gina at (480)779-9208. For a $50 adoption fee, Vinnie be thrilled to start his new job as your personal snuggle buddy!

Story
INTRODUCING LISA MARIE! Though she's no direct relation to The King, Lisa Marie is quite a little princess! After seeing her wandering around Deer Park, fending for herself for about a year, her namesake, Lisa, finally was able to catch her and brought her to one of our clinics to be spayed. Neither of us wanted to throw her back out on the street, so she's now waiting at our shelter for her forever family to come take her home! Our best guess is that Lisa Marie is about 2 years old. She's been spayed, wormed, vaccinated and is a good girl with her litter box. As previously mentioned, she is a bit of a princess, where other cats are concerned. Having spent so much time having to fend for herself, she sees no need for any further competition from members of her own species. She adores people of all sizes though and would like nothing better than to be your one and only feline companion. For a $50 adoption fee, our princess will be thrilled to join you in her very own castle. To lower the drawbridge and welcome her home, please fill out an adoption application on our website using this link;//pawsitiveoutreach.org/adoption-application or call Gina at (480)779-9208. Princess Lisa Marie promises to rule over her new subjects with love and magnanimity. Oh, and lots of cuddles and purring too!

Story
INTRODUCING STUART LITTLE! Just a tiny kitten, maybe 3 weeks old, when he was rescued, Stuart Little was much too small to be away from his mother. Jose, our wonderful volunteer, had seen him outside and brought him to us. He was terribly emaciated and dehydrated but thankfully had no other health issues. We soon realized he was obsessive about eating though, having very nearly starved to death. He needed to eat quite a bit to get to a healthy weight, but he just didn't know when enough was enough. He soon became as round as a (very small) beach ball. Goodness, we'd never seen a kitten so roly-poly before! A trip to the vet and an ultrasound confirmed that there was nothing wrong with him other than he was stuffing himself like a Thanksgiving turkey. As you can see from his pictures, he's still a chubby little fellow, but he's getting better control over his food intake and has become very playful and downright hilarious. His favorite games are playing with the ball in the racetrack and chasing his own tail. Oh, and he's the self-appointed Litter Box Cleaning Supervisor. For some reason he finds that fascinating and does his best to turn that chore into a game. What a character! He gets along great with other cats and we're sure will do just fine with cat friendly canines too, once he gets to know them. Since he's been bunking with other kittens since we got him, he'd be happiest with a kitty buddy or two in his new home. If you don't happen to already have one on hand, we have plenty of great kitties who would love to accompany him home. Stuart Little is now almost 5 months old, he's been neutered, vaccinated, wormed and is ready and waiting to pack his bags and head off to his forever home right now! To meet this charming little fellow, please fill out an adoption application on our website using this link: https://pawsitiveoutreach.org/adoption-application or call Gina at (480)779-9208. For a mere $65 adoption fee Stuart Little will be thrilled to assist you in all your life's endeavors!
