Story
Larry is a big teddy bear once he gets to know you & feel comfortable. He can be a tough egg to crack at first; doesn’t care for strangers. He loves to be the center of your world if you let him. He showed up on my front porch at my feeding station for my community cat colony. We bonded over some introduction to deli turkey meat and the rest is history! He has a previous leg injury which caused him to limp when he first arrived but he seems to get around just fine now. He steps moreso on the backend of that paw but it doesn’t prevent him from running, jumping, etc. I brought him inside and he loves it so much; especially hated windy days when he was outdoors. He is a nervous Nelly so he likes to stick close and needs reassurance. Loud or unfamiliar noises can send him looking for cover. He is pretty vocal initially when anxious but that subsides once he’s feeling more relaxed. He is a bit of a project but for someone with patience & understanding he is a remarkable best bud!
