Suzanna is a shy girl. She came from overwhelming circumstances and is still learning to trust people. She has warmed up a lot, and if you approach her slowly, and she trusts you, you can give her a belly rub! Suzanna is a female, short hair torbi. She is negative for feline leukemia/FIV, had all of her kitten vaccines, her 1 year rabies vaccine, and has been spayed. She is fecal tested negative, wormed and treated for fleas. Her DOB is estimated to be 3/19/23. If you have a quiet home, and patience, Suzanna is the kitten for you! Please fill out an adoption application. Https://www.catsanctuaryashland.org/application

Story
Meet Joan! Her kittens, Susan, Abby and Nicholas were adopted together and now Joan is ready to find her own forever home. Joan is a short hair, tiger and white female. She’s negative for feline leukemia/FIV, spayed, fully vaccinated for distemper, feline leukemia, and rabies. She’s fecal tested negative, wormed and treated for fleas. Her DOB is estimated to be 6/17/21. Joan took a little while to adjust to our sanctuary, but she has completely transformed during her time here. Joan is a super sweet, loving girl who adores chin scratches and snuggles from her humans. Joan is a playful girl but definitely appreciates a good nap. Joan is looking for a quieter home where she can be the center of attention. If you think Joan is the kitty for you, please fill out an adoption application today. Story
Chestnaught does have 2 siblings, Cotton and Deathstroke. We have attempted to rehome them separately once and they starved themselves, so we think it's best they all stay together if possible. Chestnaught was born September 13, 2017. Chestnaught is very lovey and loves staying nearby people and cuddling. He loves to eat grass, but must be indoors. All the cats do get along with children, however they would do best in a household with older children. They tend to keep their distance from young children that are more hyper.

Story
he sweetest cat you'll ever meet, our cross-eyed queen, Teresa. We had to have someone hold her for her pictures because she can't will herself to sit still and not get all the pets she can if someone is nearby. She will play by herself for hours at a time. Teresa struggled with the snuffles for a long time no matter the medication, but it has seemed to clear up. We do suspect that she may just have a minor chronic issue with her respiratory system, but that has never slowed her down! Teresa was adopted several months ago with another cat. Due to no fault of their own, they were returned back to us. Since their return it has become clear to us that Teresa and her new friend Audi are in love and we would love if they could be adopted out together again. Teresa has been vaccinated, wormed, spayed/neutered and tested negative for FELV/FIV which is all included in the $70 adoption fee. If you would like to adopt this cat, you must come into the shelter for a meet and greet. We are open 12-4. (Closed Mondays & Wednesdays) All cats must leave the shelter in a carrier. If you do not bring one with you, one must be purchased at the shelter if available for $6
