Story
“Tukio” is Swahili for Adventure. Living indoors, this guy makes his own adventures. Nearly 6 years old, but still active, he will keep you on your toes. When no one is watching, you will swear he is chasing elephants; but then he will just sit back and laugh at how ridiculous you look waving that dumb little red light around. He keeps careful watch over the kitchen (his favorite room), and is adept at chasing away the elusive Boogeyman (though not always before the Boogeyman gets into the bread that might be left on the counter). He isn’t afraid of respectful dogs, and may taunt them with his swagger that says “I like you but I don't actually want to play with you”. Tukio is a snuggler on his terms and will happily keep you warm at night and be your best alarm clock at breakfast time. However, if he isn't “in the mood”, he will let you know with a small love bite. We adopted him as a kitten from PAWS, but now he needs someone who is at home more to keep his adventures in check.

Story
MEOW! I'm FENNEC, a 2-year-old handsome tabby boy who needs a foster or forever home. I tested FIV-positive, which only means I need to be the only cat in your home. I've got a heart full of love to share. I'm a sweet, friendly fellow with a sprinkle of curiosity. I'm smart, too, figuring out things quicker than most. I'm also a cuddly snuggler who loves a good lap to curl up on. I can be a bit shy at first, but once I get to know you, I'm all purrs and head rubs. I'm also independent, so I won't mind if you're busy sometimes. I'm a gentle soul, mellow and easy-going. I promise to bring a touch of tranquility to your life. Can you foster or adopt me?

Story
Gravy is a 2-year-old boy tabby with grey/brownish fur. He has one blue eye and a green eye (heterochromia). We have two cats, and he hasn't been able to get along with them which is why we ask that Gravy should be kept as an only (single) cat and an inside cat. Gravy has his shots up to date, is neutered and litter box trained. Overall, Gravy is super sweet, very cuddly, and friendly!

Story
Penny is an adorable very small tabby cat who is at least 11 years old, exact age unknown. I am helping rehome her on behalf of my elderly father who is no longer able to care for her due to his declining health. Penny is very friendly toward people and has limited but positive experience with children, but does not enjoy the company of other cats or dogs. She also has a history of urinating outside of her litter box, with only limited success at redirecting her to use her box. She does not defecate outside of her box. She is a playful cat and has been overall healthy, with routine vaccinations up until a few years ago. She has a prior history of occasional seizures, although none have been witnessed in the past few years. For at least a decade she has had a droop at her left eyelid. Whether her vision is affected is unknown, but it has not appeared to hinder her ability to move, play or see. Hoping to find a loving home for this sweet cat, happy to answer any questions as best I can.

Story
Phoebe, 1.5yrs, is so playful and sweet. She likes to burrow under blankets on your couch and snuggle with you, and will also seek out your lap. She's very smart, and will listen and react when you talk, sometimes talking back. Phoebe is attentive and engaging and loves to be where you are. Our hearts hurt to be rehoming Phoebe, but we're looking for a loving new home for her because our older cat is increasingly aggravated and hostile towards her. Phoebe does seek to play and cuddle with other cats. However, she will probably do best in a home with no other cats, since she's kind of been through the ringer when it comes to unfriendly attention. Phoebe's got all her routine first-year healthcare tasks under her belt (spayed, shots, etc) and is in excellent health. She'll come with cat beds, food, and toys. Phoebe is free to a good home but we'll want to do a meet-and-greet first to ensure a good match and safety.

Story
Grayson is looking for his new playmate, and he hopes it`s you! This 1-year-old grey and white tuxie loves to play. It`s his #1 activity all day, every day. Grayson is hoping his new family will spoil him with plenty of toys to bat around the house. He will definitely keep you entertained with his silly antics! Grayson can be a little shy at first and is looking for a cat-experienced home, with just older kids, where he can settle in at his own pace. He`s making progress every day here and his true personality is nearing full display. Grayson can be a little unsure around other cats, so any introductions to resident cats should be done slowly. We don`t know if he`s ever met dogs. If you`re ready to add a big dose of playful pep to your home, make an adoption appointment to meet Grayson today! #playful

Story
Mr. Mack is ready to play his days away! This 1-year-old tuxedo is all about having fun. Whether it`s batting at wand toys, chasing down catnip mice, or climbing up cat trees, Mack is excited to do it all. Mack isn`t a big fan of touching (yet) but loves hanging around you. You definitely won`t be lonely with Mack in your life! Mack lived with other cats before and did okay with plenty of space, but we don`t know if he`s ever met dogs. Any introductions to resident pets should be done slowly. Mack will likely do best in a quieter home with just cat-experienced older kids who can let him settle in at his own pace. If you`re ready to welcome home this playful guy, send in an adoption application today! *Mack is currently in a foster home and not located in the shelter.#playful
