In February 2022, Beauties received a report of a momma dog and 7 newborn puppies in a tiny kennel by a dumpster. Brynne was scared and protective of her family, naturally, but our team was able to get them to safety. Sadly, 2 of the babies had already perished by the time we got the report but the rest survived and found homes long ago. However, Brynne is still looking for a place of her own! She is a good girl who needs a strong leader who can help guide her. She can be a little slow to trust new people but once she does, she is very sweet and playful! She is vocal so no apartment-type living arrangements for her. Brynne is active and does great in doggy daycare. She is getting better on leash. She may bark at some people and vehicles while on walks, and gets anxious / impatient in certain situations especially if she has to wait somewhere. Boarding has been great for exposing her to new people and situations but we look forward to getting her back into a home where she can continue to grow.

Story
Loyal. Energetic. Loving. Zura's many things, and I wouldn’t be rehoming her if I had absolutely any other choice. She has a favorite, undeflatable soccer ball, that will transform her into a puppy the moment you take her outside with it. She has her brother Kronner, but it took a neutral meeting and days of supervision before she accepted him, so she’d be happier as an only dog. Human siblings are perfectly okay with Zura- she will love/play with them without any qualms. Small animals and cats have a solid place in Zura’s heart and she is known for constantly trying to trick her current cat sister into cuddling. She loves to run and walk, is familiar with “keep right."She is an expert at: sit, stay, hugs, easy, and get your ball. She does love to give kisses, but once comfortable will listen when told “enough.” Caveat: she loves humans, but does bark at other dogs. However, she’s brilliant and could be trained easily- I just failed her on that. FEARS FIREWORKS.

Tea Party's my name, but partying is definitely not my game! I do like to play and run around the yard with other doggy friends, but I really love getting pets, cuddling, and being near my people. I can be a little shy at first, but I'm truly an affectionate, sweet girl. I get along well with little people and with all other dogs.
