Story
Meet Finnegan! He is a bundle of energy who lives life to the fullest! Whether its running, jumping, or chasing after a ball, this active boy is always on the move. He's an expert at fetch and has a particular love for chewing on bones- soft toys don't stand a chance! Finnegan is also a big fan of the outdoors, and snow is his absolute favorite!
Though he can be a little cautious around new people and may need a few meeting to feel comfortable, once's he's your friend, he'll be your loyal sidekick. He loves being close to his people, ready to snuggle up once you've earned his trust!
Currently in a foster home, Finnegan is looking for his forever family. He lives with other dogs in his foster home (large-medium dogs) so its very possible he would enjoy a doggy brother or sister! He would be best suited for an active home who is prepared to provide him with adequate physical and mental stimulation that a high energy boy like him needs. We do not feel that Finnegan would be well suited for a home with younger children- so mindful older children only. We are unsure how he would react to living with a cat, but it could be a possibility.
If you're looking for a playful and loving companion who is as cute as they come, Finnegan might just be your perfect match!

Please, send in an adoption application and set up an appointment to meet Finnegan! He is neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative, on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention, and up to date on all age appropriate vaccines. His adoption fee is $275, which helps cover some of the medical care that he has received.
**Each dog is different, so each adoption is different. Our adoption process might require multiple visits to the shelter before our dogs can go home. Or they may be ready on the first visit. It really depends on the individual dog and the potential adopters. Once we receive your application, the Dog Staff will contact you to discuss meeting our dogs.
