Hi there, I’m Holly, and I’m so excited to meet you! I’m a 1 ½-year-old Beagle with a heart as big as my floppy ears, and I can’t wait to find a forever family to love. I was picked up as a stray right before Thanksgiving, but I like to think that means I’ll have a lot to be thankful for when I meet you! Let me tell you a little about myself. First off, I’m a total sweetheart. I absolutely adore affection—ear rubs, belly scratches, snuggles—you name it! My tail wags like crazy whenever someone shows me a little love. I get along great with other dogs and even cats, so if you’ve already got a furry family, I’ll fit right in. I’m 33 pounds of pure joy and always ready for an adventure, whether it’s a walk around the neighborhood or sniffing my way through a park. (Us Beagles are famous for our noses, after all!) Speaking of being a Beagle, let me clue you in on what makes us so special. We’re playful, curious, and full of life. You might notice that I’ll follow my nose just about anywhere—it’s how I explore the world! But don’t worry; I’ll always keep an eye out for you because being part of a family is what I love most. Beagles like me are friendly and gentle, making us fantastic companions for just about anyone. If you’re looking for a lovable, loyal friend who’ll make you smile every day, I’m your girl! I’m a 3-year-old Beagle gal, weighing in at a perfectly snuggly 25.6 pounds. I might be a little lady, but I’ve got a heart as big as they come! Life threw me a curveball when I found myself alone as a stray right in the middle of Christmas. But you know what? I didn’t let it dampen my spirits. Beagles like me are naturally cheerful and resilient, and I’m no exception. I’m friendly as can be, great with other dogs, and I even get along wonderfully with those mysterious creatures called cats. (They’re fascinating, aren’t they?) Let me tell you why Beagles make the best buddies. We’re loyal, affectionate, and just the right mix of playful and laid-back. Whether it’s a stroll around the neighborhood, an afternoon of sniffing adventures, or curling up next to you on the couch for a good nap, I’m all in. And don’t even get me started on my adorable floppy ears and soulful eyes—just try resisting me when I give you "the look." I’m also a big fan of being part of a family.
