I'm just a hound dog looking for ❤️... Say HELLO to Sara who is looking for a family to call her own!! This love bug is around 2 yrs old, spayed, up to date on shots and heartworm meds, gets along great with other dogs, and we think she would be just fine with children as long as they are respectful with her!! She is Doggie Door trained and will go in a crate. Even at 2, she does have ALOT of puppy in her and will need to be reminded of her house manners. Other than that, Sara would make a AWESOME pet for the right family. Could that be you? Send us a message for an application...

Story
Hi! I`m Daisy Mae and I am ready to play! I have energy for miles and I love to sing! I like to follow my nose to adventure, some people call it trouble, but they aren`t any fun. My perfect home would have some toys, and lots of playtime, and maybe go on hikes with me, and have tons of love and cuddles! I'm not a fan of cats, but I love playing with my other dog friends. I'm gentle with humans, but need help learning leash manners. I haven't spent much time in the house, but could easily learn!

Story
Paul is your quintessential coonhound pal, who is one big dopey baby- Saved from a high kill rural Virginia shelter literally JUST in time, he is enjoying life on a couch in his foster home, sharing the house with a one year old human and his parents. He gets along great with the other dogs in the home. Paul loves cuddling with his family in the bed, and has the big coonhound voice. He likes toys and playtime in the yard. He is obsessed with dog tv shows and couch lounging. Paul is house trained, neutered, and up to date on shots. Email Jennyfiddle@yahoo.com and tell us a bit about your household, hound and dog experience, and how you will accommodate Paul into your home. We will send you a link to an adoption application/survey.

Story
Goofy Gus was hanging out in a shelter just north of Nashville, where his chances were looking a bit slim. He is now fully embracing cozy house life at his foster's house in Nashville, where he gets to sing along with all the other musicians in town. He is a big Cadillac of a coonhound, who should weigh in at 70 lbs once he has gained the weight he needs. A large, dopey, goofy boy, he has the BEST puppy dog sad eyes and face, but he quickly waggles his whole body and gives his humans grunts, smiles, and kisses. He is literally the cuddliest coonhound we have ever been around.... He walks GREAT on a leash and would love to explore both city and woods on leash with you. Gus also loves to lay around in the sun and shade, but would love an active family who has a large 6-8 ft fenced in yard.

Story
Toby is a 2-year-old Beagle/Australian Sheperd mix boy, who has been neutered and is up to date on his vaccinations. Toby was found starving, dirty, and so very lonely. Today he is bordering on “fluffy”, and has a lovely shiny coat and the deepest brown eyes you can imagine. He knows how to work those big brown eyes to make you stop and give him a kiss, a tummy rub, or maybe a treat. He loves to sit in your lap or swing on the porch swing with you! He does great with other dogs, but … cats and chickens not so good!Available dogs are met by appointment only and pre-approved adopters ONLY.Our dogs are currently in a foster homes which can answer your questions better than anyone else. We promise our fosters that we will qualify all potential adopters before we ask them to communicate with potential adopters. The application is the first step.
