Adoptions are limited to an approximately 150-mile radius from Locust Grove, GA, certain circumstances may allow exceptions.  To apply to adopt this pet, please fill out a Preliminary Adoption Application at https://www.streetpaws.org/home/adopt.  This application does not commit you to an adoption. It is used to screen those interested to make sure the home is a good match for the pet and your family. We verify vet history on current/previous pets to ensure pets have been spayed/neutered and vaccinated annually. Please call your vet to give permission for us to call them. Our adoption fee is $100 for all our cats. They have been given age-appropriate vaccinations, are spayed/neutered, have been feline leukemia/ feline aids tested, dewormed, have received flea prevention, and are micro-chipped. Frankie is basically our eternal kitten. She's small, curious, and very playful. She's super sweet and timid and she get's picked on by our other cat. He's trying to play with her but he's just too big and rough for this sweet little girl. We would like to send her to a home where she can have a more peaceful life. We have a kid and she does great with her. (mostly stays out of reach). She's three years old, and we rescued her in Los Angeles before moving out here. We were hoping that she would be able to acclimate to the playing with our other cat with age and size, but she's just kind of a tiny sweet kitty, and I don't think she has an aggressive bone in her body to defend herself. By the time most kittens are old enough to leave their foster homes, they have all been tested for FIV/FeLV, treated for worms, fleas and ear mites, spayed/neutered and immunized as appropriate for their age. Tortellini: Winner of this year's Oscar for most patient mother, Tortellini is a wonderful loving lady. She's cared for her two little ones so well, even when fighting an upper respiratory infection she had from living on the side of the road. She's quickly settled into her foster home, greeting me every time with lovely little chirps. She will be a special addition to any family.
