Flynn has only just arrived.  Here is what we know.  Flynn is a West Highland Terrier, neutered male currently overweight around 19 pounds. WE RETURN IF THERE WILL BE AN ADOPTION WHEN EVERYONE IS PREPARED TO ADOPT.  WE ONLY TRAVEL UP TO A ONE HOUR DRIVE FROM ROCKVILLE MD TO PLACE ANIMALS.
