Cesear is a chunky spunky Westie who is full of personality. He is loyal and loves to play with toys and other dogs. He loves to also cuddle and chill with family. He has a brother, Nash, who is also on this site as well. They love each other dearly. They both come from the Black Hills. My dad has vascular dementia and is unable to care for them any longer. Story
THIS POST WILL BE REMOVED WHEN THE DOG IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. INQUIRIES ABOUT THE ADOPTION STATUS WILL NOT BE RETURNED. UPDATE: Shawn and his brother Paddy are being adopted as a pair. While not considered "bonded", they love each other's company, entertain one another, and play exceptionally well together. They are both very loving boys and deserve to have a family with kids to love and romp with. Shawn O'Casey is a happy, lively fellow who was recently released from a commercial breeding facility. He energetically embraces life with joy and exuberance and doesn't know a stranger! Shawn will be a perfect match for an active couple or family who can keep him physically and mentally exercised and challenged. Manners classes will benefit this lad and a securely fenced yard will be a requirement as he loves to run and explore, making up for all those months of confinement during his puppyhood. Shawn would love a canine friend with which to wrestle and tag-team the bunnies and squirrels in your yard. As a typical terrier, he plays hard so a dog close to his size and age will be ideal. The suggested adoption donation for Shawn is a minimum of $500 and goes toward the high cost of veterinary care for our rescue dogs.Wag N Train Terrier Rescue adopts to an extended geographical area as long as we can locate a local volunteer to perform the required home visit. Approved adopters are required to travel to Omaha, NE to pick up their newly adopted dog. We do not arrange transport, or fly our rescue dogs without a "pet nanny". All of our dogs that come from a commercial breeding facility require a securely fenced yard AND a resident companion dog, unless the dog's bio states otherwise. Please note, invisible or underground fencing is not considered secure or appropriate containment. Adoption applications can be found at www.wagntrainterrierrescue.com/adoption-information

He's a great listener and is incredibly smart for a puppy his age - he'll grow up to be a very well behaved dog. He would do best in a home with a small canine playmate and a securely fenced yard. He would make the perfect addition to any family with older kids who could give him time and space to become acclimated to them.
