Hi there! My name is Pecan, and I’m a 1-year-old Whippet Pit Bull Terrier mix, weighing in at a perfect 17 pounds. I may not be the biggest pup around, but I’ve got a whole lot of love to give! I’m a sweet and affectionate girl who’s always happy to be by your side, whether we’re going on adventures or just relaxing at home.I get along great with other dogs, cats, and kids, so I’d fit right in with just about any family. I’m a quiet girl most of the time, but I’m also very observant, which means I’d make a great little guard dog. I always like to keep an eye on things, just in case my humans need me to alert them to anything important.I’m also pretty smart! I love treats, and I’m very eager to please, so training me is a breeze. Whether you want to teach me fun tricks or just help me keep up with my good manners, I’m always ready to learn. I load up easily into a car and travel well, so I’d love to be your road trip buddy! I also do well in a crate and like having a cozy space of my own when I need to rest.What I really want more than anything is a family to love me forever. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving, and intelligent companion who will always be there to brighten your day, I just might be the perfect pup for you!
