2 months in a shelter in GA and now another month in foster up North. Despite growing up in an overcrowded shelter and sitting on a euthanasia list before getting his freedom ride to PA, this little guy is all tail wags and love! We have no idea why he is being overlooked as he is healthy, sweet, adorable and fun. Give this sweet boy a chance and we promise you won’t regret it! Whipstitch is a 5 month old Whippet mix weighing a tall, slender 30 lb. This little ball of fire is so much fun and loves nothing more than playing with other dogs, humans or with toys by himself. After he is done playing he is happy to cuddle up with you and loves to give his favorite humans kisses. He can initially be shy in new situations or when meeting new people, but is never aggressive and once he warms up he is your best friend and ready for all the adventures! Whipstitch is dog, kid, and cat friendly! He is currently fostered with 5 dogs of all sizes/ages/genders and loves to play with them. He has also met children and loves them! He has met cats and does well with them, but being a puppy he may try to play so dog savvy cats are recommended. He is doing great with his training and a smart cookie who is food motivated. He is almost fully house and crate trained, but still a puppy so needs a consistent schedule. Whipstitch is up to date on vaccines and preventatives. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $350 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs. Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $400 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate.
