Story
Tillie is a very sweet, 9 lb. uniquely-colored brindle Chihuahua. She is four years old, healthy, and fully vetted. Tillie does fine with other dogs (although she doesn’t like sharing her food or treats with them). As a puppy, we think she was abused so she is a bit timid (she occasionally does a little submissive peeing). She is mostly house trained--but might have an occasional accident on her pee pad. Tillie would prefer not to be a latchkey dog, so someone who works from home or is retired would be the perfect match for her. She would be a wonderful dog for a lonely older person who needs a lap warmer and someone to snuggle with and cuddle in bed at night. If you think you would be a good match for Tillie (and vice-versa) please e-mail us at: sylvialovesme@gmail.com and tell us about yourself, your other family members, your daily schedule, if you have other pets, if you have a safely fenced yard, etc. Then, if we feel she might be the right dog for you, we will send you an adoption application (and after you fill it out and return it, we will review it and then schedule a meet-and-greet. (Tillie is temporarily being fostered in Columbus, Wi which is about 20 miles northeast of Madison Wi)
