Story
This adorable little fluffer-nugget is Fred! Fred is your ultimate fun-loving friend. If you dream of playing fetch in the yard with your little mini-pal, and going on walks and adventures together, then he is the cutie you've been looking for. At just shy of a year old, Fred is still full of youthful energy, so he will do best in a home with a yard, or an apartment if you have an off-leash area for him to run and play. At just 12 lbs, we think he could be a Yorkie/Poodle mix, but with rescue it's just a guess. Don't worry, he does settle well too. He can keep himself entertained for hours with a good chew toy, while you work. He's a great cuddler too who loves to snuggle up on the couch with his favorite human. He's also potty trained and crate trained, making him an easy addition to your home. Fred is good on leash and loves to go for walks. He likes to get out and explore the world. He will be a great companion for taking with you to all of your favorite dog-friendly spots. He is social guy who LOVES attention from people so he will enjoy going on outings and meeting new friends. Fred would do great either as an only-dog, soaking up all the love and attention, or with other dogs in the home. He does great with other dogs, and we believe he is cat and kid friendly too. He make an easy addition to just about any family or home. Don't miss out on Fred, apply below to bring this cutie home! Available for adoption in NV, MT, CO,UT, ID, OR, WA, Canada, and now the East Coast! Our PNW dogs are brought to you in style by a beautiful USDA licensed semi-truck, equipped with air conditioning for comfort, two drivers, and 2 onboard attendants providing 24 hour care. Our East Coast route will travel in a private, air conditioned 3LP-run van transport. Pick up day is unforgettable! You will get to follow along on their journey through a private FB Event page, where you will see photos, have the opportunity to connect with other adopters, and receive updates and constant communication along the way. One of our Adoption Coordinators can help to find the closest transport pick up location to you! The adoption fee is $1,600.00 and includes all vetting as recommended by our doctor: DAPP (2 to 4 depending on age and time in the program), Bordetella, Rabies vaccine (if old enough), multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, 2 months of heartworm preventative, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4 months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship! *WE ARE TOLD THAT WE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND MEDICALLY. This is the feedback we tend to get, although we cannot guarantee perfect health. *To fully vet a dog in the PNW or the NE at many vets it would be upwards of $1,800 just to fix, vaccinate, chip, etc. The adoption fees charged by our rescue do not cover our expenses medically for each animal, but we offset costs with donations. Your adoption fee is considered a donation towards actual costs. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.) • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 6 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $74 surcharge for transport. DISCLAIMER- Breed type is determined based on general appearance and behavioral characteristics, and cannot be guaranteed unless DNA test results or AKC registration were provided at intake.

Story
Lexie is a very sweet lovable Yorkie, very good with kids of all ages, she gets along super well with other dogs. She is a very needy dog however and needs a family where they can be with her a lot. She's not big on car rides even though she may look like she is. We travel a lot and she is left behind with a sitter because of the car issues. The only behavioral thing is she has been known to go to the bathroom in the house. She does know how to go outside but chooses not to sometimes. She is 6 years old and was my grandmothers dog but Grandma went to a home and can no longer have her. We have kept her for the last couple months but with a 2 month old in the house her peeing is getting to much for us to handle. I hope she goes to someone who can help her and love her.

Story
What do you get when you mix an eared chihuahua with a Yorkie— a Chorkie with a ridiculously cute underbite and shiny silvery scruff. Meet your new buddy, Jimmy! His favorite pastime is snuggling on laps and looking lovingly into people's eyes. Jimmy is a little guy, weighing just 13 pounds. We think he is a yorkshire terrier/chihuahua mix, but we aren't really sure so we just call him our Texas Special, the very best breed. Oh, did you see his big ears and adorable underbite?? He's so cute!! Jimmy is being fostered in a home with 7 other small dogs, male and female and spends many weekends with the foster’s grand dogs who are 75 and 120 pounds. He loves all the dogs and is happy to share his foster’s lap and cozy up to his furry friends. This little guy is calm, enjoys going outside, walking around the yard and lounging in the sun! Looking to grab a morning coffee? Don’t forget Jimmy, but he will want a pup cup! Late night ice cream run?? He will happily join you. Jimmy rides great in the car making him the perfect adventure buddy. He is a dream on the leash and enjoys walks in the park. He is a little guy, so a mile is about it for him, but he’s little enough you can put him in a stroller or a doggie purse. He is pretty much perfection! If Jimmy sounds like your new best buddy, apply below and his coordinator will reach out!
