Hey I`m Mozzarella!I am a highly energetic, active cat with a lot of curiosity and few inhibitions. Because I tend to act out when I am bored, over stimulated, or frustrated, I must have an adult only home with experienced, cat-savvy adopters (preferably only one person) - if you have experience with my breed or with other high energy/high prey-drive cat breeds such as Bengals, Chausies, or Savannahs that would be a plus. I am not a good cat for people who want a snuggly, well-mannered cat. I do best when I am a solo act. If you are working, cooking or cleaning, I will always be next to you. I will cuddle with you on the bed, if you allow me. I’m the best sidekick you will ever know. I’m open to having more siblings but a slow introduction is best. I might hiss at first, but I won’t hurt anyone. I’m not scared of strange people visiting the house. I will come running to greet all guests. Side note: I have a congenital illness that is out of my control. I cannot eliminate feces (poop) by myself. I need to use Miralax daily to help me empty my bowels. When I can empty my tummy, I’m a big happy girl running around. Please be aware that I cannot control my bowels and may have accidents. Please understand I will need your help to keep me clean and happy. Cleaning my own backend has proven problematic in the past and caused me lots of pain (ask my foster-mama for the story) and trust me, I don't want to go through that again. Even though my foster-mama loves me very much, is very patient with me and cleans me all the time she would love to help me find a place to call HOME.
