Story
Now accepting applications for Tika! Tika is a 12-year-old spayed and declawed female chocolate point siamese. If you are interested in meeting Tika please go to our website at www.mjhs.ca and click the adopt tab, then Adoptable Animals and scroll to her beautiful face to submit your application. Once your application has been approved we will contact you to come spend some time with Tika to be sure she is the right fit for you. If after meeting her you decide she is not the cat for you, there is no obligation to complete the adoption process. We look forward to hearing from you! Tika and her sister Cheeko are a bonded pair who have lived their whole lives together. It is our hope that these sweet, gentle girls will find someone willing to give them a home together. Their family is going through some difficult changes and are no longer able to keep the girls. Tika is a very quiet girl who is content to sit back and let her sister test the waters before she ventures out. She is the smaller of the two girls so she clearly lets her sister eat first too! Tika and Cheeko have lived in a home with 3 dogs and were okay with them. Tika's adoption fee is $75, she is spayed, started on her vaccination schedule and microchipped. Can't adopt Tika yourself but still want to help? You can share her post or make a donation toward her care by clicking the following link. She is the braver of the girls, Tika is content to sit back and let Cheeko explore and will join her when she sees it is safe. The same goes for food, Cheeko is first to the bowl and Tika waits back to eat the leftovers.
