Story
Nova is an Alaskan Malamute/German Shepherd mix right at about 60 lbs. She is about a year and a half and is a very sweet girl. She is very intelligent, people oriented and always seeking attention. Very spunky with tons of personality. In a home without other animals, I am quite confident she would do great. However, she has a tendency to resource guard her food and sometimes water against other dogs while she's eating/drinking, and is still learning boundaries with other animals in the home. Nova loves to play tug and will happily chase a ball with a squeaker. She may not always bring it back though. She loves to be around her people and go for walks. Good with... Dogs: Sometimes. She doesn't get along with my smaller dog, likely due to behaviors around food. She mostly gets along with my larger dog, but still resource guards occasionally. Cats: Somewhat unknown. She has play bowed and chased my cat, but usually ignores the cat. Kids: Unknown

If you have an active home Rugger would love to be your sidekick. Please contact Animal Network if you would like to meet Rugger.
