Story
Nixie was my dad’s cat and he passed away last year. I found a friend to take her but he has a young, rambunctious dog and cat who both harass Nixie whenever they see her. She lives in constant stress and fear and generally hides all day and night. I would take her since she was my dad’s, and I tried, but I have severe allergies that I can’t manage with medication alone. She’s a sweet cat that seems to bond to one person. She loves laps and chin scratches and being at the top of a cat tree. She likes a quiet environment and just wants to relax the rest of her days. She’s always had good health until all of her life changes recently and gets an upset tummy sometimes. She was born with no tail, but no vet has ever seen any signs that it causes her any trouble. She’s a really good girl that just needs a safe place to be
