Panda (DOB ~11/28/19) is a bobtail by necessity. He was thrown out at a feral cat colony under a bridge to fend for himself as a baby and some creature mutilated his tail. The tail was amputated. He is a sweet boy, loves to be petted, playful and would love a house with plenty of room to run and play, and maybe another kitty to snuggle with. Tested, neutered, shots, microchip.
