Cuddly, Silly, Loving Broadway Kid has been practicing her vocals and is ready for her big debut with you! She'll probably be a little nervous at first but let her take things at her own pace and before long she will be the star of the show. She's a very affection cat once she warms up, though that affection is most often on her terms not yours. She's fairly vocal, and its easy to know when she wants pets, snuggles, to play, or to even just know where you are. When she's happy, she vibrates her little stumpy tail! She accepts praise and bribes in the form of treats - especially Churu treats. She does not typically like other cats or dogs and would do best in a home where she can have her own space with a patient person. In the perfect home, you can expect her to always want to be in the room with you and even commonly on top of you. Give her snuggles and play with her using a wand toy and she is a happy and content girl. Broadway Kid has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! waives the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. Broadway Kid can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine! Kitty Boy is wonderful. I loved having him. I recently had a severe medical event. I can no longer stay in my apartment. So I have to rehome him. I hope someone out there will consider helping Kitty Boy. He is loving and kind, has a big heart and loves to play. He likes to go outside, he's very smart. You won't regret adopting him.
