Story
Hello, I`m Paco, a distinguished Senior Cocker Spaniel with a personality all my own. I`m looking for a peaceful home where I can be the center of attention—no other dogs, please—and I prefer the quiet company of adults rather than children. I enjoy leisurely walks and absolutely adore car rides. My dream is a cozy, calm home with a retired person who might feel a bit lonely, just like me. I admit, I can be a little grumpy at times, but most of the time, I`m content to be a loving lap dog, napping the day away—it`s my favorite hobby! If you`re someone who understands the charm of a senior companion and are ready to share your life with a fellow `grumpy` soul, we might be the perfect match. I promise to bring comfort, love, and a touch of humor to your days. Puppies and young dogs have their appeal, but it takes a truly compassionate heart to open your home to a senior dog like me. Are you that special someone?

Story
**Foster Notes:** Buddy is an absolute charmer and an incredible dog! He thrives on being close to his people and is deeply focused on them, always staying by your side as you move around the house. He’s highly responsive to voice commands and eager to please, making him a joy to have around. Buddy loves car rides and absolutely adores going on walks—he’ll be ready to accompany you anytime you head out. He gets along well with other dogs and is somewhat playful, but he’d also be perfectly happy as the only spoiled pet in the home. He’s familiar with using a pet door and hasn’t had any accidents in his foster home, though we can’t fully guarantee he’s housebroken. Despite being a bit older, Buddy is lively and full of energy, with plenty of active years ahead of him. He has been recently diagnosed with mild congestive heart failure, which is well-managed with daily medication. With proper care, he’s expected to enjoy a full and happy life. If you’re looking for a loyal and devoted companion, Buddy is the perfect match. He’ll shower you with endless love and affection in exchange for your care and attention.

ABOUT: RoRescue takes in "broken/unwanted" dogs. Our aim is to help them both physically and mentally. BRANDY is one of our successes. She is a sweet 14 lb cockapoo mix. Our veterinarian places her age at about 9-10 years old. We are looking for an adopter who will BRANDY before reading this entire description.BRANDY 's adoption fee is $300. ORIGIN:BRANDY was a rescue at a local shelter. She was in need of several surgeries to address prior neglect and abuse. We assume that she was used as a breeder dog. HEALTH:BRANDY had a large umbilical hernia, several mammary tumors, needed spay and badly in need of a dental cleaning. Veterinay prognosis is that BRANDY is expected to life a normal healthy life span. BRANDY's PERSONALITY: This girl is an absolute sweetheart and did not deserve her past experiences before coming to RoRescue. She bonds to her owner quickly. BRANDY does not necessarily need a doggie companion, but a friendly comparable size and age dog would be nice and easy her separation anxiety RORESCUE NOTES: We are looking for an "forever" adopter who will give BRANDY a safe loving home and keep her "forever" ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ At RoRescue, we strive to match the dog's personality to the best possible future home. This, in no way, casts judgement on the potential adopter. Our primary concern is the dog's future safety, health and happiness. ALL RORESCUE DOGS are vet checked, spayed/neutered, dental cleaning (if needed), microchipped and UTD on shots. We do NOT adopt to: * out-of area or out of state locations. * homes where someone smokes cigarettes inside the home * homes without a secure fenced yard. * homes with chain link or wrought iron view fences with wide spaces * homes without a safety fence around their pool NOT DONE: Full blood panel/Valley Fever/Tick Fever/Heartworm testing is NOT customarily done, unless veterinary suggested RoRescue adopts their dogs as INDOOR pets, with sufficient supervised outdoor exercise time.
