Story
Ollie is a 2 year old pit-bull mastiff mix. He has so much love to give. We have not been able to give him the exercise, socialization, attention and patience he needs since our daughter was born. He is play motivated, loves playing with other dogs, and has been an office dog. He requires a lot of attention and one walk a day on average. He does not do well in a kennel and does not like to be left out. He is normally left to roam the house when we are not there, but that is not for more than 4 hours at a time. He is housebroken and free feeds. He has anxiety on car rides and whines quite a bit. The next owner would benefit from obedience training, and additional work on confidence and anxiety. He knows sit, off and come, but is strong-willed. Even though Ollie can be a bowling ball when he gets excited, he is a sweet and gentle soul. His singular goal is to feel loved and to get as many cuddles and attention as you can give him, and he is just the cutest goofball you will ever meet.

Story
Knik is a wiggly and happy boy. He will do best in a home that is able to provide him with a positive outlet for his energy as he can get carried away with his wiggles! Knik is still learning and will need an owner who is patient and able to continue training. Knik is still working on his potty training but will scratch at the door when he needs to go potty. He could benefit from crate training because he has been known to chew household items when left alone. Knik does know the cue “sit”. Though he is treat motivated and wants to be such a good boy, he does have a short attention span! Kink loves to play and romp around outside. He does not have a toy preference and is grateful for anything you give him! He enjoys playing with other dogs but can be rowdy. He will do best with a tolerable friend who matches his energy! We can always provide a dog meet and greet prior to adopting if needed. Knik loves meeting new people and making friends! He does great with everyone but can be too much energy for some small children. If you feel that your home would be a good fit for Knik, we would love for you to come by and meet him!

Story
6years old While she has the playful energy that Boxers are known for, she will settle and rest on her bed – but is more comfortable cuddling with her people on the couch or in a bed. She has general anxiety when going to new places, busy events/stores and prefers to be a couch princess, yet still loves to get outdoors on walks and fetching her frisbee (Red Kong). It will definitely take some time for adjustment, but once she gets to know you you’ll see her fun and loving side. Living Situation: Always have lived in a single family home. No fenced backyard. Dogs go outside to do their business and then come back inside. Why Rehoming: There is a dominance issue with our dogs. Situations out of the blue have triggered them into fights (bumping into each other in narrow spaces for example). We believe a form of dominance plays a factor between our two boxers, but have also noted that instances of “protecting family members” (humans) has also sparked instigative behavior.
