Story
Denise came from a bit of a rough start not knowing much about humans. She has been with us now since she was about 4 months old. While she was a happy and social pup, the uncertainty and isolating shelter life has made her grow to be very timid with strangers.  Denise does well with most other dogs and seems to gain more confidence when having a social canine companion to show her the ropes. She was even exposed to cats at a young age so she may do well with some feline friends as well. We would recommend she go to a home with one or more other dogs to teach her that humans aren't so scary.  If you would like to give this sweet, timid young girl a shot at living a normal life, come to the ranch to meet her today! Thank you for considering adopting a Rescue Ranch dog. While they are with us, each and every rescue dog receives the best of care in a loving and nurturing environment. Their routines include daily playgroups or partnering with dog buddies, quality time walking or being groomed, and two meals a day with dog biscuits for dessert. All of our dogs receive the best in veterinary care and are spay/neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative, and fully vaccinated.  The standard adoption donation fee for all dogs and puppies is $300 (unless a reduced fee applies )  APPLY NOW       August 18, 2024, 7:34 pm

Story
Ella is an extra-special girl! She is spunky, goofy, determined, and very affectionate. She loves her toys, special treats, as well as playing in water! She even does a very cute happy dance around her favorite things! How cute is that? She has had some positive experiences with other dogs so she may do well with the right canine companion! Little Ella came to us as a young pup who had clearly already had a tough start to life. She had been surrendered to us because the family couldn't afford her vet bills after she suffered a prolapse. This young girl was pretty shut down when she first arrived but once she got comfortable and showed her silly, playful side we could see she was extra special! We don't quite know what the clinical diagnosis would be, but Miss Ella is definitely neuro-diverse. She doesn't have the same attention span as your typical dog and she tends to bounce around and move her head in figure 8's.  Ella has certain long-term fears and boundaries that would make her best suited to a family with people who will respect her and take their time with her. She is filled to the brim with love and joy for life, she just needs the right person to come along and take her to paradise! Are you looking for an extra-special dog to be your couch or walking partner? Then call the Ranch to meet Miss Ella today! Thank you for considering adopting a Rescue Ranch dog. Story
This lovable young lady has spent all of her life at Rescue Ranch! Hannah is one of Hope's lovely terrier mix puppies, so she has one of the kindest, most loving mommas who has ever breathed. Hannah has inherited her mother's sweet temperament and loving disposition. This loyal, gentle girl deserves to discover how wonderful life can be outside a shelter. Could you be the one to show her? Read on! Hannah is a great age to join a lucky family. She's already leash-trained, extremely well socialized with other dogs though she does best with male dogs in the long term. It's beautiful to see how responsive she is to her handler. With a little practice she'll learn whatever you ask of her. She's just beginning to mellow out of the rowdy puppy stage, and would thrive in just about any family. She'd love to have another dog or two to play with and we think she'd also do well with children. And she's even a nice medium size for joining in on camping trips, hikes, swims at the lake, or just having fun in the yard. Hannah's handsome brother, Henri, is also still available for adoption. So if those sad puppy eyes melt your heart, or if only two puppies will do, call the Ranch to meet Miss Hannah (and Henri) today! Story
*Currently, I'm out on an exciting adventure with my foster family, but I'll be back in September and ready to meet my forever family! I'm Toby, a fun-loving, 70-pound pup around 2 years old. I'm great with people and enjoy the company of other mellow dogs. I'm good on a leash and absolutely love to explore-sometimes a bit too much, as I tend to run off to see what's out there. But don't worry, I respond really well to training, and with a little guidance, I'm sure to become the perfect companion. To help me settle into my new home, I come with a complimentary 2-hour Walk Doctor session, so we can learn and grow together.
