Hi, I’m Angie! I recently went on an adventure with a lovely volunteer, and it was such a great experience. We took a nice walk in the park, and I was well-behaved the whole time. I always make sure to go potty outside, no accidents for me!I met some new people along the way, and I was super friendly—soft and wiggly with a wagging tail. I just love meeting new faces and will happily approach for some pets, but I kept my leash manners loose and easy. I didn’t meet any kids, cats, or other dogs on this adventure, but if I did, I’m sure I’d be just as friendly and calm.When it comes to exercise, I’ve got a medium energy level. I enjoy a brisk walk or even a mile run—anything to keep me moving! On our long walk, I didn’t pull on the leash at all. I was a perfect angel in the car too. I had a great time meeting some admirers at the picnic pavilion, and overall, I’m a friendly and easygoing dog. If you’re looking for a sweet companion, I might just be the one for you!

Gordy is a sweet, loving companion in need of a home with someone/people who love him. He loves to play with other doggies, stuffed animals and hard chew toys. He is fully house trained, he does not chew on anything besides his toys and he is very low maintenance. He is 7 years old and currently 80 lbs but he’s on a diet with the goal of loosing another 10 lbs. He would do great in a home with laid back environment, preferably no cats as he is hyper-fixated on them. Gordy does great with other dogs, however preferably not a home with a high energy puppy since they tend to jump on him and though he tries, he is unable to keep up with them. He loves to go outside just as much as he loves to take long naps on his comfy bed and heated blanket! He is very kid friendly, he loves back and belly scratches, putting his head out of the window on car rides, beef and chicken jerky dog treats along with lots of love!! Oscar was found wandering the streets of an Eastpoint neighborhood by one of his "mommies" who is known for helping dogs in need. She recruited a few ladies from her neighborhood, and me, to try to help him. We managed to coral him into a fenced in yard of a neighbor so he would be safe. We gave him some food and water, shelter, and ongoing vet care. We got him the biggest kennel we could find and set him up in his original mommy's backyard. Even built him a custom doghouse! Don't worry, his mommy brings him in her house on cold nights. We've been doing as much as we can for him the past year and a half but we both have full-time jobs, dogs of our own, and family members to take care of. All the rescue organizations we've contacted are full. He is such a love bug, crate trained, house trained, and not aggressive. He loves other dogs, but he does play rough, so he would need another dog that can match his energy and size, and an owner with experience in socializing dogs.

Luca is our huge sweet friendly boy. He can sometimes be timid due to loud noises. Luca loves finding sticks outside to play with and loves to chase a ball or frisbee(but will chew on it lol) He loves being called a good boy. He also loves taking naps and enjoys bath time now because he likes massages. Luca just needs a home where he can thrive with a family or individual that is laid back or adventurous.
