Story
Lenny isn't quiet ready to leave be he is ready to find his family!! Someone dumped this defenseless little baby in a park at 4weeks of age (at most) after getting into rescue he tested positive for parvo...he conquered that like the champion he is ....then in fostercare he ate things he shouldn't and had to go back to the vet!!! We do feel he has a very sensitive tummy and he does best on a grain free diet. While in foster they started clicker training with him and he LOVES it!! He's a super smart boy and he needs a person willing to continue training with him so he doesn't grow up to be a naughty turd, entertaining himself in all the ways he sould not. If you have the lifestyle that needs this boy to complete it please contact us for your adoption application!!

Story
This is the coolest dog...just the freaking coolest!! And sooooo smart, his smarts have gotten him in trouble from day 1. He was turned into a shelter with his sisteras puppies and he was transfered to another shelter. He waited there over a year and was recently moved to out shelter. ***We would LOVE to see him get a job in detection work!!** he loves to work!! He way too smart to be kennels and waiting has been very hard on him. He's very sweet with people just doesn't quite know his size which is why we said not good with children he's not aggressive just more of a bulldozer. Same with other dogs he's ALOT and intense from all the pent up energy. We are looking for the perfect fit for this guy is you feel you have a life waiting for him please contact us to get the application process going it's painless I promise and he is soooo worth it

Story
Mr. Waldo has had a really rough life. He was picked up as a stray then lived at another shelter for about a year then moved here. He needs a human that wants to be everything for 1 dog. We know they exist. Waldo loves adventure. Loves to play Loved that Nerf toy before he shredded it.He like humans but to him a human jus5 feeds him and puts him back in a cage. He does not love other animals but he will walk by them, shelter life is just really hard on alot of animals. We do not recommend him to be with small children because he is fast and has a very high drive for his ball and toys he has broke off 3 of his k9 teeth doing this. He is one our SOS list as shelter life is getting alot harder for him and we are seeing him decline. We need a committed adopter to save him and give him a real n life. We would consider a foster that has what he needs. He needs a fenced in yard and a human able to walk him and take him on adventures. Somone willing to give him time and show him want real pet life is and willing to working training.

Story
Ronnie was rescued from a yard where he was found tied to a tree and abandoned. An animal rescue officer came to his aid and brought him to the shelter. We adopted him in October of 2022 and is believed to be around 4 years of age. He currently lives in a house with 2 kids, 3 cats, and 2 other dogs. He is a gentle giant who loves cuddles, kisses, and playing with his best friend, Scully. We are hoping to adopt them out together, if possible. Unfortunately, we have a senior dog (14+) who due to ongoing health issues has become increasingly territorial making our current living arrangements unsafe for the younger dogs.

Story
Meet Rusty!! This 1 year old petite pitty mix came to us when she wandered into some kind folks barn. Nobody claimed her so now she is looking for her forever home through adoption! Rusty is a high energy gal and will require an active owner that will be willing to bring her on adventures and give her an outlet to run some energy off. Rusty has been kid tested and seems to really enjoy them! She is okay with confident cats. Rusty enjoys other dogs, but tends to be a bit pushy and tries to be “in charge” so a non reactive resident dog might be a good fit for Rusty. Along with a confident owner that has some experience with the bully breeds.    Rusty enjoys toys and playing tug of war, and is getting better with her crate training. Rusty is eager to please humans and we know she will be a fabulous companion for the right adopter, could it be you? Rusty is spayed, up to date on vaccines, dewormed, and microchipped! With an approved application her adoption fee is $275.00November 4, 2024, 8:52 pm

Story
Spunky Sam is about a year old and came to us after being bounced around from home to home. Due to no fault of his own, because quite frankly he is down right perfect!! He currently lives in a foster home with resident cats, dogs, and children. It will be a requirement that Sam finds a forever home with another friendly dog/s as he thrives with dog companionship and loves to have other dogs to play and nap with! He doesn’t seem to pay much attention to the cats in his foster home and is pretty respectful of their space. Sam does fabulously with all humans and even children! Sam would make a great family dog and adventure buddy. He loves going on car rides, very polite at taking treats, and doing well with basic training commands. This sweet and happy boy is so deserving and ready to experience the good life! Sam is potty trained and crate trained and ready for his forever family to find him! Could that be you!?    Sam is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and dewormed. With an approved application his adoption fee is $275.00November 4, 2024, 8:52 pm
