Story
Hi! I got max from a shelter as a puppy he is super sweet and shy when you first meet him but after that he lights up he is so sweet caring and loves cuddling. My current situation is I was living with my parents so I was able to keep him but now things have changed and I need to find somewhere else to live and he was an anniversary present and I am very attached to him and it breaks my heart to have to rehome him. He needs a lot of attention and love or he will not thrive. He is playful with other dogs and cats. He LOVES children. In the right home he will be the sweetest boy for anyone. :)

Story
She is a sweet dog in need of more attention than we can. She has to exercise to get her energy out. She is crate trained, sits on command, eats on command, and is leash trained. She does pee submissively when excited but has improved. Need chew toys and cannot be left alone in the house unsupervised as she will chew anything left out. I am a firefighter and between me being gone a few days week and my daughter she just needs and requires more attention.

You can call me Al-ee, like "Ally McBeal," or Al-eye, like your forever buddy forever on your side. The first name means "nobleness." The second you know. I come with the complete package, with amazing training credentials. I know too many tricks to list (but the list is in my AH records). I love to play, and I love adventures! Cuddles could be my middle name between Ally and your last name: "Ally Cuddles _____." I'll come to that call! If you have another dog or two, I'm ready to play. And I love people. If you want a noble, supportive friend, I'm your gal! Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 49.6 Age: 4yrs 0mths 1wks

Story
Meet Paisley! Paisley was a PACA puppy who was adopted at 6-months old. Eleven years later she is back with PACA because her mother passed away. Paisley is super sweet, and seems to have mastered both doggie-speak and English! When my tiny Chihuahuas correct her (!Slow down Paisley!; or !You are crowding my space!, she politely listens to them.) She is quick to learn and quick to cooperate. Paisley would love nothing more than to have a loving home WITH a 4-legged friend in her age range who wants to share toys, pal around, have zoomies, and cuddle together. Paisley loves to play with toys and chew on bones; but she has never chewed on my shoes or anything that doesn’t have a “doggie label.” Paisley is good in the car, good on a leash, good in stores, and good with other dogs. We are not recommending a home with small children, because it seems to be the only activity group where she might become a bit uncomfortable. Paisley is a really good kid, and whoever adopts her and shows her kindness will be well rewarded with love and devotion. Thank you for your interest in a Rescue Pet! PACA is a Foster-Based Rescue with no shelter. We have adoption clinic on the 1st Saturday of each month from 11a-2pm at 6300 San Mateo (along the grass next to Academy Rd) in the southern end of the Spouts Market parking lot volunteer staffing/weather permitting. We can also make arrangements for a Private Meet-and-Greet with the foster parent and your household with approved applications. You can complete and easy online application here: https://form.jotform.com/22202836904915

Story
Loves: space with grass for sunbathing and zoomies, leash walks/runs, car rides, soft beds, toys, belly rubs, leadership, and consistency from her Human. Loves NOT so much: sharing HOME space with other 4-legged creatures. Moxie tends to "attach" herself to one person, this has ranged from adult to child. Therefore we recommend a home with adults only who can use common sense techniques to redirect any over-protective tendencies. Moxie does not what to lead the pack but if there is no APPARENT Leader she will step up to the plate which creates anxiety and bad behaviors for any dog. You can complete and easy online application here: https://form.jotform.com/222028369049155 The $250 adoption fee covers S/N, microchip, vaccines and heartworm/tic borne illness testing.

What a handsome guy! My soulful eyes and inquisitive facial expressions could charm just about anyone. Just look at my cute white paws and tip of my tail, and freckle fun on my nose. I'm a terrier mix breed with lots of love, affection and energy to give. I need a home that understands my stoic and strong personality is just my outer shell, but I am a softy who enjoys cuddles whenever. I am the star of the show so I would prefer a home without other dogs or young kiddos. Primary Color: Black Brindle Secondary Color: White Weight: 58.8 Age: 1yrs 1mths 3wks

Story
Carmen is one of the Ranch's long-time residences who is yet to find her forever home. She can be very shy when it comes to meeting new people and likes to approach people at her own pace. Once she trusts you, she will want to be around you all the time! She loooves water and enjoys standing around in the kiddie pools to cool off in the summer. She is a little selective about the dogs she enjoys being around and tends to prefer the company of submissive females. She would do best in a home without kids and a tall fence since she has some incredible "hops".Come meet Carmen at the Main Ranch Location. For further information email dogswmr@gmail.com

Story
Remington is a playful and boisterous puppy-at-heart. He would love to find an active home with large dog experience. He's been yearning for a home for a very long time. He is great with people, but his enthusiasm and energy might make him a best fit for children 12 years or older. He is dog selective; the best match would be a medium to large, mellow dog that doesn't overwhelm him. He is very sweet and loves life. Remington would thrive from walks with his owner and a balanced diet. He is cat reactive, so a home with a cat would not be ideal. He can be see at the main ranch location. Meet Ozzy! He is the happiest, sweetest Pitty who just loves attention and cuddles. Ozzy is very playful with people and other dogs that he decides he likes. Ozzy is dog selective, so he would need a meet and greet with your current dog(s) to ensure they will all get along and play together. Ozzy is very food motivated and will do just about anything for a treat!Ozzy does display signs of separation anxiety, so he would need someone who works from home or is home more often than not.You can meet Ozzy at our main ranch location Wednesday-Sunday from 11am-3pm or email dogswmr@gmail.com

Story
Meet Tipsy! This gorgeous brown Pittie has had it rough but has come out just as happy and loveable as ever. She was dumped and abandoned at our main ranch facility where she was lost and scared, but came up to staff so friendly. She was then taken to the city shelter for her stray hold and then brought back to us! Shortly after, she was diagnosed with Parvo, in which she was quarantined and fighting for her life. She survived and came out as strong as ever. Because she was quarantined for so long, she has big-girl energy and would do well with a large back yard and room to run! She also does well with other dogs and enjoys the playful company. She is still learning all the behavioral commands and would do well with a family who understands she is young and still learning. Because she is a Parvo survivor she cannot be adopted into a home with any dog under a year old. This beauty is looking for her furrever family. If you are interested or have any questions please stop by our main ranch facility or email dogswmr@gmail.com

Meet Enya! This sweet lady is a ranch favorite! Enya came to us with her 9 puppies, she was extremely skinny as she was putting all her energy into caring for her pups, our team quickly made efforts to get some weight on her and gain her trust. While Enya is very nervous around new people she does open up when given enough time and treats. Enya does best when she has a doggy friend to play with as they help her feel brave. Due to her history of being a stray, a home visit and meet and greet is required before she can go to her new home. You can meet Enya at our main ranch location or for more information please email dogswmr@gmail.com

Hi there! My name is Fidget Fiesta and I am a female English Bull Terrier blend born on August 7, 2022. Bet you can't guess how I got my name! I was a bottle baby and I used to fidget with my bottle. Apparently it was pretty funny! I can be a little shy at first and take a little bit to warm up to you, but once I do, I'm a regular cuddle bug! I also believe that sleeping is an important part of my life haha. I'm good with big and little dogs, as well as humans. Being in your lap for cuddles is THE BEST! My foster I am house trained and know basic obedience. I think we need to think about maybe finding my forever home with you. All of our pets are in foster homes in the greater Albuquerque area. The steps to getting a new furry friend include: the completion of an adoption application, a home visit, and an adoption approval, along with the adoption fee. The adoption fee is $275 and includes spay/neuter, rabies vaccine, chip, and age appropriate vaccines. We look forward to helping you complete your family, soon. Please click Adopt to be taken to the adoption application. Thanks! ##1561298##
