Story
We are looking for a new home for Bruno. His mom was a beagle and father unknown, but DNA testing shows she’s more pit bull. Bruno is a loving dog and a good buddy. He is well trained and minds really well. He would likely do well on his own without any other animals. He’s done very well with our children and all others he has met. We got him when he was 1-1/2 and has been a good pet. We just can no longer take care of him. He gets along well with his littermate and eventually our other pets, but his behavior can be unpredictable at times.

Story
We are looking for a new home for Lexi. Her mom was a beagle and father unknown, but DNA testing shows she’s more pit bull. She is a sweet but shy dog. She loves being petted and being played with and would be a good family pet with continued training. She l loves to run outside with her brothers and play fetch. She’s very skid-dish and is wary of new people, but has been a good pet. She knows basic commands like sit and down, but needs more training. She could use more training for some bad habits, but her behavior is SO much improved from when we got her at 1-1/2 years. She gets along with other dogs, however, she has a tendency of pestering them until she’s used to them. Lexi gets along well with people and will be ok with other dogs. Not sure how she would be with cats. She’s been great with our three children and other pets.

Story
We have had Max since he was a puppy. Unfortunately, our own living situation has changed such that we are unable to provide him a home he deserves only due to his breed. Max is a great dog but is less tolerant of young children that he once was. No incidents have occurred but we just don’t have him around little ones. He is fully house trained, enjoys lying in a sunny spot most of the day. Goes to bed when told, sits, comes, etc. No formal training. He is very laid back in most every situation. When new people come to the house he barks minimally at first and is quick to sniff out a petting or belly rub from the newcomer. He does not like the close quarters or anything about the vet and past visits have been anxiety filled for all involved. Max currently lives with a cat that he ignores a majority of the time but likes to antagonize from time to time. We would not dream of rehoming Max if not for the fact that we are out of options in our current living situation.
