He is strong and determined, and needs an adopter who can handle his size on walks, because he will have no problem pulling you down and dragging you across the yard - we know from experience! Meatball does seem to have some separation anxiety and will hoist his big butt up a chain link fence if he is left unattended for too long. Meatball has had several positive interactions with other dogs and recently met a cat! He didn’t seem to mind it one bit. Look at this handsome fella! We’ve been calling him Dawson, but we have since been told his real name is Bandit. Bandit seems more appropriate because he has stolen our hearts (we know that was lame, we’re sorry.) Mr. Dawson/Bandit is 6-7 years old, and he would prefer a home without cats or male dogs. We haven’t tested him ourselves, we are going off what we’ve been told. Dawson is a wonderful dog and he seems very well behaved. He loves attention and once he warms up to you he will be begging for pets. Dawson has some itchy skin/allergies, which is not uncommon for pitties, and we think he might be hard of hearing but aren’t positive. Overall, Dawson is a pretty cool guy. He keeps to himself and stays curled up in a ball in his crate most of the time.Dawson is available to foster or adopt! Any kids or dogs in the home must come in for a meet and greet.

Marco is a ball of energy. He is about 1-2 yrs old and about 45 lbs.
