Story
Taz was found at the Antioch Library as a kitten by friends. She has lived with the same friends with multiple cats throughout her 11 years and has never caused problems. She has been picked on by some cats, though, so she tends to keep to herself. Taz is extremely shy and only comes out for people she really trusts. She needs a home with an experienced cat owner who can be patient with her while she gets comfortable. When she does feel comfortable, she loves to play with toys and be brushed and sit on a lap. Her current home is now unstable as some people have moved out, and the person left is not able to care well for the cats.

Story
Bille comes from a litter of four all-black babies, and is named after Bill Ward of Black Sabbath. When we discovered she was in fact a girl, we started calling her Billie. Billie may be an all-black baby, but she inherited the "tortitude" of her tortie mama. She has been socialized to people, but would prefer a home where her owners handle her carefully and slowly. When shown care, Billie loves pets, but will walk away if you try too hard - typical attitude of the tortoise shell kitty. With the right owners, Billie will absolutely come out of her shell to become a lovely and loving adult cat. She has the floofiest tail I've ever experienced, so her new owners will need to pay special attention to make sure she doesn't get matted. May need sanitary trims as she gets older, but so far she keeps herself very clean.

Olive has an extra long tail and ticked whiskers.  Olive is a sweetheart who has much love to give and yes, she will follow you into the bathroom. mapmilton@gmail.com for more informationNovember 6, 2024, 12:32 am

Please contact Suzi (Suziharris67@yahoo.com) for more information about this pet.Bonded Siblings looking for forever homeMeet Black Bean and Sesame, two sweet, bonded siblings in search of their forever home. Black Bean may be a bit more reserved, but she’s absolutely smitten with wand toys and adores playing with her brother, Sesame. This little beauty is all black with stunning eyes and silky fur that begs to be pet. Once she warms up, she’s the perfect companion for cuddles. Sesame is the playful, energetic brother who loves to keep his sister company. Whether they’re chasing each other around or snuggling up together, these two are inseparable. Sesame has charming tabby markings and would love nothing more than to be your loyal couch buddy, curling up by your side. Though their early days were tough—found abandoned in some bushes—Black Bean and Sesame are now ready to start a new chapter in a loving home. These siblings would thrive in a home that can offer them plenty of love and playtime. If you’d like to meet these adorable siblings, please contact Suzi Harris at 925-708-6967 or suziharris67@yahoo.com. I’ll send you our application and help set up a time for a meet-and-greet.January 29, 2025, 10:48 pm
