Story
Riker is an extremely sweet adult boy who has always been an inside cat. He is shy and a bit skittish at first but warms up quickly and loves to snuggle. He has a fantastic temperament with kids and has lived with children his entire life. He lives with dogs and cats and loves them as well. Unfortunately he has never taken to the litter box no matter what techniques we have tried (and we've tried them all). For whatever reason he picks his spots and that's where he goes Ex. Bottom of the steps and wash room. We've tried for 6 years but unfortunately it's not a sustainable situation anymore. If you're interested in adopting Riker, we will get him current on all of his shots prior. Number of current animals must be made known and possible house visit prior to adoption may be required. If for an reason at anytime Riker needs to be rehomed after adoption, he must come back to us and we will make arrangements.

Story
Sahara is 4yrs old. She was born March 27th 2020. She does have a sister named Scar who is also being rehomed. They have been together since 4 months old. They both have lived in two different houses with 2 different dogs. They are timid at first and but eventually they do warm up. If going to a house with other pets, i strongly recommend a slow introduction for both of them. Scar and Sahara are a pair and WILL NOT be separated. Sahara is very talkative and loves to sing. She greets me every time i walk through my door and follows me everywhere. The pattern on her body reminds me of the Sahara desert which is how she got her name. She has a very playful, outgoing personality. She loves the outdoors and love tall places. Her favorite toy is the wand and dont get too surprised if she crawls under the covers and cuddles with you at night. She loves warmth and loves pets. She is very outgoing and very welcoming. She says hi to everyone and loves attention.

Story
I took in a tiny stray kitten two years ago but unfortunately I couldn't make my dog get along with him. I think Meatball would get along fine with dogs, just not ones that constantly want to attack him! Other than his littermates, I've never seen him around another cat but I imagine they'd get along eventually. He is silly and playful but can also be sweet and cuddly (as seen in photos!) I think he'd be great for an experienced owner or first timer since he has no health issues or major behavior problems (ALWAYS uses the litter box since 8 weeks old!) He will need to get his scratching out but he does seem to like cardboard scratch pads. His last vaccines were more than a year ago because I never let him outdoors but I'd be willing to get him an up-to-date rabies shot before adopting out. He's a great guy, he just stresses my old dog out too much (to the point of causing my dog health issues) and deserves a better home.

Story
Meet these beautiful tuxies Scout and Trax. They are a bonded pair of sisters who are looking for a loving home since their human recently passed. They are 11 years old, spayed, up to date on vaccines and declawed front AND back paws. Their vet records are available and able to transfer to their new vet once rehomed. Because of their human's illness, they have been contained to a bedroom for a while and skittish but will hopefully warm up once regular human contact is given. They will need either a new home or foster as soon as possible. Food and litter will be supplied if fostering. Scout and Trax are part of Mercy Hospices Pet Peace of Mind program. We help to rehome our patients' pets to keep them from entering a shelter and/or being euthanized. Can you help Scout and Trax find their new loving home?
