Shy beautiful pantherMontana was living on the street until his feeder and a volunteer with the rescue trapped him and brought him to the rescue. He is is shy at first but once you gain his trust he is very affectionate and loving. He loves to make biscuits, get pets, climb cat trees, and eat treats. He likes to play with teaser toys. He gets along with other cats and is not at all a dominant male. Montana is a lover, not a fighter. He still hides from people with loud voices and when more than a few people are in his living area. curious black catBeanie was an indoor/outdoor cat who had a few litters of kittens before her former owners asked the rescue for help. She is very curious. She loves to play as well as get pets on her face and under her chin. Sometimes she can be feisty and will bat you once she has had enough pets. However, the sassiness has diminished over time and she is very loving. She has been known to be an escape artist so caution going in and out of doors would be needed for her new family. She coexists with other cats but doesn't love them. sweet black kitten who needs socializationNew Arrival into the store  Location: Petsmart Ocean Twp , NJ Special Opportunity Bonded pair   Jersey Girl and Roo are sisters who were found as tiny, frail kittens, teetering on the brink of death. A compassionate rescuer took them in, nursed them back to health with tender care and boundless love. In foster care, they were super loving and gradually learning to trust. However, due to unforeseen and heart-breaking circumstances beyond their control, their foster could no longer care for and socialize them. With limited foster options, they were placed in a rescue holding facility. Despite the volunteers' tireless efforts, Jersey Girl and Roo remained utterly terrified, their little hearts breaking with each passing day . Fast forward to now . After three months in a quieter foster home, they have blossomed into the most beautiful, affectionate ladies. They have learned to trust and love human contact. They absolutely adore other cats and are incredibly friendly, always welcoming new feline friends. These 12-month-old sisters are inseparable. They sleep together, play together, groom each other, and snuggle often. Roo, a tabby, loves having her back rubbed. Though initially shy when approached face-to-face, she melts into your hands when you pet her back. Jersey Girl, with her beautiful, soft, and silky black coat and a white patch on her chest, falls into a loving trance when you pet around her neck. They both have playful spirits and would make the best addition to a quiet home. These gentle souls would thrive in a home with other felines. They will need some extra patience and love as they may be shy with new humans. Quick Stats: - 9 years old (Birth month is Feb) - Probably Senile/approaching Senility - Not necessarily aggressive (will flee when approached, doesnt seek/approach for attacks) *will poss. condone being picked up! - Is Hostile (all the usuals, but will flee when approached) - Not-Declawed - 100% indoor cat (not so much as a step outside since approx. 2021) - No vet visit since 2019 (have records) - Healthy Mother was feral, acquired for free from previous owner as a kitten (circa 2014). Kept her due to a failed rehoming. She is too much now.. have a dog, traveling lifestyle, she cant deal (and neither can I!) Needs a stable home, and someone with time and affection. Shes a sweet cat overall, the "nicest a**hole you'll ever meet", she just deserves a home that wont outgrow her. Will provide food/cage/litterbox (New!) Come get her lol
