Hi I’m Katniss! I’m an older gal (12-13 y/o) looking for a new home. My current owners have loved me for several years but it’s time for me to spread my love elsewhere! A little about me is that I’m a super chill kitty who likes my alone time and rest. Give me a window and the back of a couch, and I’m a happy girl! If I find you relaxing at night I will almost always try to lay next to you, but I also give you your space, especially when you’re sleeping, which I think is pretty considerate! I’m super relaxed but I also love to explore outside when it’s nice. I’m still very nimble and athletic, even for my age, so these traits serve me well in the great outdoors! My special needs are that I have hyperthyroidism, so I have medicine rubbed on my ear once a day. Totally fine by me; who doesn’t love their ears rubbed?! I’m also used to being left alone during the day with water, food and litter. My family is sad to see me go but I know they will find a great home for me! Could it be yours?

She if very sweet and thankful to be rescued. She is currently doing well with other animals in the household. She has been totally vetted including spayed, vaccinated and testing.
