Story
I have had Sauron for 3 years now, she can be a little feisty with people sometimes. Overall she's a good cat, doesn't destroy furniture, but she wants to have free roam of the house and doesn't like to closed doors. She is pretty good with my son and doesn't really bother him other than sniff him and ignore him. She does try to play with the dog and stalks him if they are in the same room but will be put in her place with a good bark. She is house trained and always uses the litter box. We just want her to go to a good home rather than the shelter.

Story
I adopted Pudge as a kitten in 2016. He is super sweet and I will be heartbroken when I have to let him go. He was diagnosed as diabetic in April 2023, and he has been on insulin shots twice a day with breakfast and dinner. He is also on a special diet of Fancy Feast Naturals or Flakes - must be under 10 mg carbs. He also gets a steroid every morning with breakfast, since November when he developed an inflammatory condition in his liver. He is so sweet but has special needs.

Musa is fixed, vaccinated as kitten, litter trained! He is very sadly losing his home as his 96 year old owner just passed away. Please help! This profile is for Musa. We have been feeding them and caring for them daily, but only popping in. They deserve a full home with a hooman! They love chasing mice toys, love pets, and their patterning are adorable! They were rescued by us at about 2 months old, but soon to lose their home now. We are willing to separate them, but would love to at least see two go together to a home (but not necessary).

Story
Blackie is a very social, affectionate young boyl, who loves to jump on your lap and purr. Contact: catchancerescue@gmail.com/ 610-324-4726 Hi my name is Blackie and I resemble a “miniature black panther”, I am intelligent, very loving black beauty with gorgeous eyes and a shiny, sleek black coat, who just wants to love, love, love you! I love to be hold, pet, lay on your lap and get lots of attention. If you think you can get any work done on your PC – well, I will lay next to you on your desk to keep you company but make sure to pay attention to me too and give me a head rub meanwhile. I am a cuddle and very affectionate with people. I am not very outgoing and interactive. My favorite thing in the world is to sleep in bed with humans right under arm and purr. I'm a loyal, loving companion and a very affectionate kitty and I love to roll over on my back to show my appreciation and love. I am very outgoing and interactive. As soon as you sit down I will jump on your lap purring. I am very smart kitty and if you call me I come right to you and follow you everywhere in the house. Did you know? Black cats have more baggage than your average feline. Seen as an enigma, a superstition, a symbol of luck – good or bad, depending on the tradition or belief, they are often misunderstood, or just plain looked over. Black cats have the lowest adoption rate. This is unfortunate, and not just for the cats- black cats make some of the best companions and people are really missing out! Although each and every cat has a unique personality, in general, I have noticed a few traits that really stand out in black cats. Here, in my humble experience is why: Beautiful: From brownish to bluish to every shade of black in between, black cats are beautiful in the way that one can only imagine onyx would be, if it were covered in fur. Loyal: No matter how many work trips or late nights, I am always greeted at the door. I am meowed to over the phone when away. Black cats are wonderful in being both friendly to all and dedicated to their person/people. Adaptable: While some cats struggle with change, black cats tend to quickly adapt to whatever circumstances they are dealt. Aware: Black cats seem to walk a line- they tend to be more calm and reserved than some other cats, yet they balance that by staying playful and active throughout their lives. They relish new toys, found objects, and are talented at entertaining themselves for hours (and napping for hours thereafter). The types of games they create and the ones they enjoy engaging in often involve others-people, cats, dogs, etc., and tend to be more complex, such as games of fetch and tag. Smart: In a final word, black cats are smart. They are savvy to things going on around them, and highly responsive and capable of handling change, throughout which, they remain calm, loving, energetic companions. Blackie is up-to-date on all shots: Distemper, Rabies. Tested negative for Felv/FIV. Spayed. Microchiped. Litter box trained. Contact 610-324-4726 or catchancerescue@gmail.com to learn more about this kitty. Adoption Process INCLUDED IN ADOPTION: All out cat(s) and kitten(s) are vaccinated (Distemper, Rabies shots), Spayed/Neutered, tested for FIV/FeLV, microchiped, dewormed and deflead prior to Adoption. Story
Hi, I'm PJ! I was saved from euthanasia at the Philly shelter after my "family" abandoned me. It was clear that the last “home” PJ was in, didn’t show him love or kindness (he was most likely hit by humans). PJ has blossomed into a cat that adores affection and appreciates the safety and comforts of having a home and a family. Part of his family is Gracie (his foster sister), a kitten that he helped nurture and take care of. All day long, they play, cuddle, groom one another, chase each other around the house, they’ll even cry out for each other when they are separated. PJ and Gracie are bonded and want to be adopted together. PJ is obviously quite handsome- his silky fur, beautiful green soulful eyes, adorable white lips, and one cute white toe! He’s smart (he knows his name and his daily routine), great at communicating (especially telling you “No, thank you” when you try to rub his belly, lol), likes head scratches and cheek rubs, loves rolling around on fuzzy blankets and rugs, obsessed with his cat tower in which he spends all day bird watching and cuddling Gracie, and shows you love by nuzzling and snuggling. You know he’s happy when he rolls around with his feet in the air and shows his belly! Besides Gracie, PJ’s other non-negotiable is his blankie- he carries it around in his mouth and he has a little song he “sings” during blankie time. PJ is the type of cat that wants to take his time to get to know you and build trust, but with patience, you will get the most loyal, loving, affectionate best friend you could ever ask for! PJ might do well with older kids that understand how he likes to be pet and understand patience. PJ is a fantastic big brother to the kittens he's lived with. Older cat? Let's chat! He is litterbox and scratch pad trained. Adopt me (with Gracie!) and you will have truly saved a life and found your best friend! For more about me, visit @SmittenKittenLady on Instagram!
