Fleur, like her name suggests, is as sweet and wholesome as a flower. She can be rather shy but she also craves attention. She doesn't always like to be held but she can withstand pets and kisses. She especially likes to cuddle with her friends Ziggi and Janis and prefers to be with other cats. She doesn't exhibit much 'tortitude' behavior. Instead of sass, she is sweet and pretty easygoing. She can be prone to hiding if overwhelmed too much.

Sky is 3 years old. She’s the sweetest little girl ever. Very cuddly. Very chill. Loves to lay down and watch tv with me. The only reason she needs a new home is because we got a new Rottweiler and she is absolutely terrified of it I feel so bad and I need her to go to a good home.

She was born on a patio in Houston April 12, 2023. She was one of 5 surviving siblings. She was adopted Aug 12, 2023, to a young lady who recently returned her because she was having personal issues and didn’t feel she could properly care for Ruby.So, through no fault of her own she is back in a foster home. She’s still young but she’s been isolated since her adoption and is now a bit shy around other animals. She’d like to play but isn’t sure if they will hurt her or not. She lived in a home with an older cat who would attack her if she came out of her owner’s bedroom.  All she had to do all day was sleep and eat.Ruby is a very affectionate cat. She comes when she’s called. She’d gained a significant amount of weight (currently 15 pounds)  in her short life but will likely no issues shedding the pounds. In fact, in just two weeks, she’s lost some already. She now loves to run and play. She’s learning how to not use her nails and teeth as much while playing. It will take her time. She’s actually more comfortable with the grumpy 8 pound poodle than the calm/lazy 7 pound Persian. While not aggressive she’s clearly afraid of other cats. But she so badly wants to play. She loves the cat tree and scratching post, and she’d love dearly to have her own person to cuddle in bed with each night. She’s truly a lap-cat. Even if someone doesn’t want to hold her she’s in their lap anyway. She just loves people.She has a quiet meow but will cry if she can’t find her person. If you prefer to be a couch potato, she’d be happy to curl up on your lap. And she has no idea she’s 15 pounds. In her mind she’s still a tiny kitty. She’ll follow you everywhere and hopes to have a home where someone is home often so she gets all the attention she craves. She’s not annoying clingy, she just likes to be in the same room. And she’d love to have a home that will show her she’s still a young kitty who can run around and play with room to do so. She’d do well in a home with or without other animals. Though she’ll need time to acclimate to other pets. She has never been around small children and she does still use her claws and teeth to play.  That might hurt a child who doesn’t yet understand she needs time to learn. Children with experience with cats should do well. She’s also getting used to wearing a harness but has never walked on a leash. She’s still young enough there is so much she can learn to do that she didn’t have the chance to learn as a kitten.Ruby is spayed, microchipped and up to date on all vaccines. She’s ready for her truly forever home. She deserves her second chance at a great life. Will you take this cuddle bug home?

We rescued Pickles and his sister (Sprinkles) last May, after they were dumped on a rural county road. Pickles is a big personality and a hit with the neighborhood kids, but has caused some issues with our neighbors that do not care for cats. Unfortunately, we had an incident recently where Pickles nipped a neighbor. Pickles is a year and a half neutered male, good with kids, good with other pets, and very friendly. Our cats stay in the garage and outdoors during the day, but I am unable to make them indoor cats due to allergies in the family. We have tried for several months to resolve the issues that Pickles has caused with our neighbors, but now the best course is to find him a new loving home. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi. With a heavy heart I am looking to rehome Crash. I adopted him at an Austin animal shelter in 2012. He was a good cat for the majority of his life until recently. I divorced my wife a couple of years ago and currently take care of our 3 and 8 year old boys 50% of the time. I’m always really really busy and can’t give him very much attention besides just feeding him and cleaning the litter box. I’m looking for the new home to be loving and nurturing. He loves to play with toys and run around the house. He also loves to have his fur brushed. Adjectives to describe him would be playful, sleepy, and loving (minus small children). He doesn’t seem to care for small children (he just steers clear), but he’s not mean and has never harmed children or adults. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!

beautiful cat was born under my bed. his momy was my cat too. he is about 7yrs old. i want a home where he has room to explore and play he gets into things. needs to share living space with owner. energetic, affectionate, he can be a little feisty so he needs attention.
