American Shorthair kittens & cats in Rio Bravo, Texas

I found this stray cat by my family's house. She was very thin and realized she was pregnant. She came looking for me to help her birth, and have since been caring for her and her litter of three kittens. Since I am a student at the moment, I cannot give them the care that they need. A young boy asked me as a favor if I could name her Juanita, so that's been her name. She is really sweet and loves to be petted. She is friendly, and I would not like to have her return to the streets. She also loves to cuddle. I've also heard that there is a trend in animals being used for dog fight bait so for that reason, and the advise of the local organizations, I am asking for an adoption fee. This fee can be reimbursed, with proof of first veterinary bill. ($160 is approximately what the yearly pet visit costs). She would do really well in a home of someone who knows how to care for cats. I would recommend adopting her with one of her kittens, but that is up to you.

Oliver was born on June 26, he is a male kitten and loves rough housing with his two sisters. Juanita is his mom, she is also listed for adoption. He is a sweet boy and loves climbing! He is very intelligent and has a very squeaky meow. He uses his litter and loves to play with toys and chew them.

Grissy was born June 26, she is a very sweet girl and extremely playful. She loves taking naps, belly rubs, playing with her siblings, jumping, climbing, and catching toys. She is very smart and is litter trained. She is Juanita's kitten, which is also listed for adoption. She is the sister of Oliver and Pepper.

Pepper was born June 26, she is the smallest and sweetest of the bunch. Whenever I reach in to the cage to feed the kittens, she runs to my hand and gives me kisses and climbs on the sleeve to cuddle. She is playful, climbs, loves to play with her siblings, but is the most stay put kitten compared to her brother and sister. Juanita is her mother, and her siblings, Oliver and Grissy, are also on the listings for adoption. She knows how to use the litter box.
