Story
Hakeem was my sisters cat that I took in when she moved in with her allergic boyfriend 5 years ago. He was originally adopted from a shelter in 2017 when he was a kitten. He is a super sweet cuddly cat but has an attitude around other animals and small children. He’s very playful so kids who are running around don’t stand a chance. He is TERRIFIED of dogs. We adopted a dog in September last year and he has been sheltering in fear ever since. He gets no attention or cuddles which he desperately needs. He also doesn’t care to be in competition with other cats. We have a second cat (who is fine with the dog) that Hakeem tolerates as long as he doesn’t get in his space. Hakeem really needs to be the only cat in a dog free family. He has a lot of love to give and is definitely a lap cat but enjoys a good game of laser tag. He’s also a good mouser. Hakeem is indoor only and uses his litter box as long as it’s clean.

Story
Meet Kevin, a delightful ball of fur just waiting to brighten your days! Kevin is a  beautiful ,soft, kitty that's perfect for snuggling, and he loves nothing more than curling up in your lap for a cozy nap. Kevin is a playful little explorer, always on the lookout for new adventures and exciting toys to pounce on. He'll entertain you for hours with his acrobatic jumps and playful antics, but he's just as happy to settle down for some quiet cuddle time. Kevin is as sweet as can be, with a gentle purr that will melt your heart. If you're looking for a loyal companion who will fill your home with love and laughter, Kevin is the perfect kitty for you! We have fosters all over the Pacific Northwest allowing us to post in specific cities. Most of our adoptable pets are in Houston. All of our animals are living in homes with local foster families which makes the transition into your household a whole lot easier. Our application review takes about 10 days.  This adoption process will require 3 videos of (outside of your home, backyard, and inside of your home) since we are not able to conduct home checks at this time. We will be calling 2 references (Not related to you please). We will be contacting your veterinarian (We work with 1st time owners) to make sure you have vaccinated all your pets yearly, and that all have been spayed/neutered. Our transport company leaves Houston every 2 weeks for Oregon, Idaho, Washington, Colorado & Canada. We will book your baby as soon as adoption & transport fees have been received.  If you have fallen madly in love and would like to make this baby part of your family, then go to https://www.petstablished.com/organization/920716    ##2060796##

Story
Please see__. These two cats need to be adopted together. Both are 5 years old. I have had both girls since they were a few weeks old, they were bottle babies. We are moving and cannot be with the cats for an unknow number of months. It breaks my heart to depart with these two, as I love them dearly, but I cannot find another option. Wednesday is a sweet girl, who doesn't love to be held but wants love when she asks for it (usually when sitting, or if you have a blanket with you). She is a little skittish when walking towards her, as she will run away if you're too fast. Wednesday sleeps on blankets in the living room, sometimes with you in bed. She is well cared for. She has had recent blood work in the last year and gets monthly revolution to prevent ticks/fleas/and heartworm. She is a free-feed kibble eater. She loves to play with dangle toys and loves the outdoor patio. Wednesday is generally quiet, when she does meow it is a cute high pitch!

Story
I found him in the street very malnourished when he hadn’t even opened his eyes yet. At my old place I loved with my mom still and we loved with 5 dogs and he was kept strictly in one room for the first 2 years he was alive, I’ve been in my new house for 2 years now and he has began fighting the other cats and spraying when this was never a problem before. He loves being the only one getting attention. He is a little skittish and zoomy but when he wants love he is the sweetest cat. His shots are up to date and he is on medical flee treatment as he’s gotten them pretty bad before. A couple spots on his back he doesn’t like being touched because he had an infection multiple times from biting himself and he has caused a little sensitivity for that area. I am surrendering him because I can’t have him fighting with my cat or my roommates pets and it breaks my heart having to do it but I know he will be happier with all the attention going to him, which I just can’t do at this time.

Story
Mango is a 4-year-old orange tabby. His eyes light up at the mere mention of treats, and he’s incredibly food motivated. With boundless patience and affection, Mango will surely melt your heart. His energy is contagious, and he expresses his love through lots of purring and affectionate licks. Mango can be a bit of a tough nut to crack when it comes to strangers and new environments. At first, he might seem a tad aggressive, but fear not! Give him time to adjust, and he’ll reveal his softer side. Just like any discerning feline, Mango prefers head and neck rubs (his body and legs are super sensitive). Mango gets easily overstimulated by too many pets or rubs. When that happens, he might playfully nibble—so watch those fingers! Carrying him around? Not his thing. But once he’s comfortable with you, he’ll seek out those cozy moments. A household without young children or other cats would suit him best.
