Story
Meet Buddy! Buddy is a two-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier mix ( maybe mixed with Husky due to his beautiful blue and green eyes). He is the happiest boy with an incredible disposition. Buddy loves going on long walks and just loves being with his “people”. He has spent several months living with a trainer and several other dogs and has done amazing. He loves the water and other dogs. He is now in a foster with two other dogs and doing well. Once he’s in a home with a yard, he can decompress and play and let out his energy. Buddy has had extensive training and a trainer will come to the adopter's house to work with the family and show what he can do. He would do best with an active family. He was rescued from the Riverside shelter where he shared his kennel with another dog. He’s a love bug that is so deserving of his loving forever home. Buddy is neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated, had a blood panel and a full clean bill of health. If you think you are the right family for Buddy, please submit a completed adoption application found under the forms tab so that we can schedule a meet and greet. He can also be found on all our social media pages IG: @Doggie_Bonez_Inc_ and Facebook: Doggie Bonez. If adoption isn't an option, please consider fostering one of our pups. We are a volunteer-run non-profit dog rescue and always welcome new short and/or long-term doggie foster families. We greatly appreciate the help and time of our fosters. You provide all the love, comfort, and safety of a home and we supply you with everything else you may need, dog food, dog bed, toys, medical attention (if needed), etc. If you are interested please visit www.doggiebonez.com to see all of our available dogs who need a foster family while waiting for their fur-ever home and complete the foster application.August 19, 2024, 2:48 pm

Story
Affectionate and Loving Meet Sandy!   Sandy is a 1-year-old super-loving female pup. She wants to be friends with every big dog, little dog, and cat as long as they are okay with her. If not, she will give them their space. Sandy likes to be part of the action and is always very curious to see what everyone is doing and what everything is. You can clearly state, that she has a big case of the 'Fear Of Missing Out'. She’s calm inside the house but once in the yard, she runs her daily zoomies to provoke someone to chase her or to chase critters coming into her yard. Sandy's still learning how to be a dog so she’s working on walking on a leash because she never had a walk but learning pretty fast. She is eager to please and is happy to get positive praise and reinforcement for her good work. She’s submissive and shy at first but warms up pretty quick to everyone around her. Update 9/7/22 Sandy has been living with our trainer and has been doing great! She gets along and plays well with the other dogs and has become more comfortable meeting new people. She will have a lot of training under her belt when she goes to her forever home!   If you would like to meet sassy Sandy, please submit a completed adoption application found under the forms tab. This way, we can schedule a meet and greet. She can also be found on our social media pages IG: @Doggie_Bonez_Inc_ and Facebook: Doggie Bonez.   If adoption isn't an option, please consider fostering one of our  pups. Story
Affectionate and LovingWedge is an amazing 10-month-old with so much potential to be a great dog for any family! He does well with older children and other friendly dogs. He enjoys rough-housing with his foster sister and plays very nicely with the family's older dog.  Wedge is a snuggler and loves couch privileges while still doing very well in his crate.  His current foster family fell in love with him super fast and are absolutely heartbroken to have to let him go. He gets uncomfortable around strangers and is working with a trainer to help him gain confidence and work through whatever happened to him before he came to us. The trainer is positive that Wedge's training be successful. He just needs a home with stability and patience.  His current foster has a busy schedule and young children which aren't conducive to his need for consistency. He just needs more time to settle in, as all rescue dogs do, to feel secure, and gain confidence, and he will be an amazing addition to any Loving family! The foster family does think Wedge would do best with older kids. He loves being played with and loved on. Another dog in a secure backyard to make Wedge feel safe would also be ideal. He's an active puppy that would benefit greatly from walks.  He is best in a calmer home as he does have some fear issues so a family that has people coming and going may be too overstimulating for Wedge, Wedge needs people to be introduced to him in a way that makes him feel safe. We do encourage Wedge's adopter to provide him with structure, stability, consistency, tons of love, and continued training to set him up for success. His trainer will help Wedge's new family with 2 training sessions at no charge.   If you are interested in meeting Wedge, please submit a completed adoption application found under the forms tab. This way, we can schedule a meet and greet. He can also be found on our social media pages IG: @Doggie_Bonez_Inc_ and Facebook: Doggie Bonez.   Adoption fees for puppies under 1 year are $500, for young to adult dogs $400, and for our senior dogs $300. All fees include all vaccinations, fecal testing, wellness exams, microchipping, and spaying or neutering.   If adoption isn't an option, please consider fostering one of our  pups. Story
Koko is a gorgeous 5 1/2 year old  female American Staffordshire terrier mix that weighs 63 pounds of love & sweetness. Koko is amazingly behaved in the home and can be left alone in the home for many hours without needing to be crated. She just may make herself comfy on your coach or snuggle in her comfy dog bed.  Koko walks perfectly on a leash, rides great in the car and is potty trained.  She is a perfect love bug and chill bug who loves being with her loved ones watching T.V, or hanging out with you in the yard. Koko does prefer a more relaxed home, and if you plan on having a party or large get together, she would prefer to be put away in another room. Koko can walk and see other dogs in her surroundings, but prefers to be the only dog. She wants to have a peaceful, beautiful life giving and receiving love after her difficult past, but she’s an exceptionally beautiful and loving soul that deserves a loving family to love appreciate and commit to providing her with her loving forever life. Apollo is a stunningly handsome 3 year old male American Staffordshire terrier mix that is so deserving of his loving forever family! Apollo is friendly with other friendly dogs, but is more of a chill bug that will hang around other dogs, but isn’t crazy playful.  He would be great with a family that has another dog that doesn’t like dogs in their face, as Apollo respects other dogs spaces. He’s an absolute gem of a dog that loves going on walks and walks beautifully on a leash.  Apollo has received extensive training by a professional board and train facility, and is a better version of himself and is well behaved in the home and is crate trained. Whoever has the pleasure of adopting this gorgeous hunk of love will have training sessions that have already been paid for, so that our trainer can show you everything he worked on with Apollo, so you can continue what was taught to set Apollo up for success.  Apollo loves everyone he meets and has been great with children, and even walked with the trainers 11 year old daughter.  Apollo is a special boy that deserves his loving and committed family.  He’s packed and ready for his loving adventures with his forever family!!!
